Location convenient to airport. Only stayed a few hours to catch early flight. The staff upon our arrival was extremely helpful and friendly. Her name was Barbara. We left before breakfast but was given fruit for the plane.

The staff checking in was very nice and helpful. The after hrs staff, not so much. Very quick to assume that one of my friends wasnt staying there even after he showed her his hotel card, still was very rude to him.

The room was clean and the check in process was super easy. The comfort of the bed was good as well! The breakfast wasn't like my all time favorite but it by no means was terrible. Overall, the price, location, and cleanliness of my room was good.

There were three men sitting in the lobby when we arrived and it made us wonder if the motel was being used as a residence for some people which, maybe unfairly, raised a red flag.

The noice from flights could be a bit much but with the location being what it was, it's to be expected.

Cleanliness. Very clean. I appreciated the little toiletries. The price was great. The breakfast had good variety. Just made itself my fav budget option in clearwater.

The cleanliness could be improved. The bathroom area had definitely been cleaned but there were dirty places in corners The sheets were clean but they had stains on them which is always a bit distasteful. The airport shuttle was not reliable during my stay and the staff were not helpful with regard to the shuttle. I asked the evening before I left if the shuttle could be scheduled and I was told no I had to come in the morning and ask for the shuttle during the breakfast service. When I came during the breakfast service and ask to schedule the shuttle, I was told by the eye-rolling staff member, that I was supposed to do it the night before. When I ask her when the shuttle would be back she said, "I have no idea." I called an Uber and got to the airport okay, but before I left the hotel grounds, the shuttle arrived. So I needlessly paid for an Uber and the staff members made no attempt whatsoever to assist me in either booking the shuttle or giving me an estimated time it would return. I would not stay here again, unless I could not find a way to generate 25 or 30 more dollars to stay in another place. For a very restricted budget, this hotel is acceptable, but not all that great.

This hotel is a good value and is very close to the St Petersburg airport. There is a breakfast although I did not try it. There is a shuttle to the airport although unfortunately you cannot schedule it very far in advance. The bed and climate control were comfortable.

We were in room 136 (I think)—right by the pool. The bed is completely worn out on the right side and squeaks TERRIBLY!

Room wasn’t very clean or updated. There were several bugs in the room and it was loud.

They had a serious bad roach problem in room 129 on the back side of the hotel. When I informed them about the problem, they immediately switched my room to 212 closer to the lobby and that room was excellent. They also gave me a discount for the troubles. Very nice staff 😊

The staff was friendly and attentive. The bed was very comfortable. I love the bathroom shower, nice and hot. The air conditioning and heat worked great.

No airport shuttle as advertised. I'm sure your awesome attendant would like to sleep in a bit :)

The property is very close to the airport. The room was large and very clean. The bed was comfortable and the area was relatively quiet being so close to the airport. The shuttle was not available for our Sunday flight but, the front desk attendant woke up at 5AM to get us to our flight.

The nighttime desk worker seemed inconvienced that I was there late night and had problems with the door. Rolling eyes she fixes it to no avail. However the manager took good care of me the next day for her bad night.... So I am satisfied.

First room not cleaned. Phone not working. Coffee maker not working. Planes were loud! Shuttle service posted as certain hours, but told when we were checking out that we could have booked it for any hour for like $10 - would have been nice to know and saved us a day of rental car charges. I realize it’s right next to the airport, but the walls were thin so the planes were loud.

We had stayed at a beach condo for a week, but had an early flight out of St Pete/Clearwater airport so we chose to stay closer to the airport. The shuttle service doesn’t run until 7 am so we had to keep our rental car. The phone in the room wasn’t working (all the buttons were broken!) so luckily we had our phones for alarms. I think the days of wake up calls are over! When we got up at 3:30 am, we found that the coffee maker in the room was broken! Not good at that hour and having to face an airport full of people! Luckily, the front desk/lobby area has coffee 24/7 - and it was good coffee! We left long before breakfast was available, so I can’t rate that. The first room we were given wasn’t cleaned, so we had to go back to the front desk to get another room. The second room was fine, but they had left a cleaning rag in it. Oh well! It’s an older hotel, but the room was clean and the bed was comfortable and we were close to the airport, so it was fine for a night. We liked that we could walk to several restaurants.
