The pool area including the water(cloudy) had not been serviced and there was only one lounge chair available. Also, there were a few sketchy folks hanging around/staying there. The hotel was also waaay overpriced but stayed there because of the convenience of being close to the airport for an early morning flight.

The size of the room and the free breakfast was good enough.

Not enough handicap/disabled parking. It was on one side of hotel and our room was on other side with no space near our room. Made is a little difficult with wheelchair and not having access to walkway. Toilets are almost on floor, they are really low.

Very nice stay. Staff was friendly, clean room, easy check in. Breakfast was included and was different every day.

Room could have been cleaner. When I went to put my computer on desk, it was wet and smeared. Curtains need to be thicker/or rubber backed. You could see right in rooms at night if there was a light on. The slip front desk gave us for TV stations did not match the stations in room at all. A little pricey.

Bed was very comfy. Breakfast had lot of variety. Sausage links were excellent--very good flavor. I didn't see any milk. The potatoes were very hard and cold. I booked here partly because of the free breakfast (and close to airport for our flight next day). Plenty of towels!! Liked that you could park right at your door.

It's was so quiet inside and front desk so helpful for stay.outdoor trash can or the facility corridors trash can need to changed and put the big one, repaints the Parking sport including to be invisible and clean as well the general cleaning inside rooms and outside facilities.I real didn't like the interdoor connection door's for safety purpose at night, some can break the interior doors and enter in our room while we're sleeping,

The hotel facilities location was Good and quiet, however it's surrounds by lots other business events , The hotel breakfast was excellent and valued with my money, but room was not that cleans and it's has so many bad air smells during our entry to the room. Also bed and duvet, pillows case is too older, the needs to be changed , Also room doesn't have a bags cabaret we put our bags down. Its just little improvement

There was no access to stair lifts or escalators- so pose some difficulty for transporting g luggage up and down stairs- with having osteoporosis and knee arthritis.

Nothing to bad, was told the pool was heated, but it was freezing in sunny 78°. Could've used a bigger tv in the room.

The ants still coming in the room somehow. It makes me itch when I know there's something crawling in the room.

The staff were nice. When I needed the maintenance man for an issue, he came in and did the job. Didn't see any more issues.
