We paid for a room with a balcony, to which we did not receive and no refund. The only thing we were offered was a meal voucher. The complete lack of hospitality. The front desk staff and manger we spoke with were blatantly rude. They tried to say we didn’t pay for what we did and that the balcony room had a “storm.” The first person we encountered at the desk the night of check in accused me of recording him when I took a picture of the amenities for the resort. He yelled amongst many other members of the staff while becoming defensive. It’s hard to find positive things to say about this property. They told me I could only reach out to booking.com about our pricing and funds. The elevator also broke before checkout and they expected us to carry out things down the stairs…which is completely unreasonable with a mobility issue. No one offered to help. We had to convince them to allow a later checkout. The AC also needed fixed in our room during our stay.

The room itself was nice… the location was pretty good for what we wanted. We did not receive what we paid for. We were not given help about the pricing issues. Or any of the other facility problems we encountered.

The rooms were ridiculously small. I booked a room to accommodate 3 adults and it was not even big enough for 2. Two of us had to share a very small bed because they could not provide a cott. Not sure why I paid for 3 when it was the same room for 2. Kinda got ripped off. The beach is blocks away and they charge you for chairs and umbrellas which you would think would be included.

Thermostat did not work properly—I contacted maintenance about it 3 times and they never fixed it, no television for 4 nights with no explanation as to why it was not working—I contacted front desk about it everyday

While checking in and getting the room. I did an inspection of the room. Blood stain was on the lounging sofa in the living room area. The room was in the front and I couldn’t get to sleep or sleep properly due to the loud music playing until 2am. The television was out of service for a day and a half. The pool was not clean and the area around the pool was filthy and dirty.

It’s on the main strip, really don’t need a car unless you’re planning on site seeing outside of the tourist area . It’s a party hotel

The hotel itself is crap. Extremely small rooms and hallway has dirty carpet. Rooms were not very clean and the beds were horrible.

Location was great...short walk to beach, but the accomodations on the beach (chairs) were 20 minutes away...nice to have access to club next door. The staff was excellent. They tried to accomodate all our needs and they were nice a friendly.

Don’t expect something fancy here! That place is even not comparable to a youth hostel in Europe in the 70s. It’s just the location of the club - club staff was friendly and professional - but that’s the only plus. The Hotel Staff don’t care at all. Was a freezing night in Miami, Rockstar-Suites don’t have heating - we asked three times for extra blankets - nobody showed up. The demolished bedsheets were dirty with blood stains. If you want the party and get drunk and don’t care about how you sleep - you’re at the right place. If you expect something nice and fancy while booking a rockstar suite with has the style of hmmm nope, nothing comparable.

It looked nothing like the pictures the room was super small and mediocre for the price the bathroom was in a closet and the closet space was non existent the pool is at the club and all you hear is the club music all night! They hold 200 on your card and say it’s released immediately on check out but at checkout say it will be 3-5 days before it’s returned to you. It was a aloy Of drunk’older and young men in groups staying here and as a woman it was a little uncomfortable

Our room was very small, no mini fridge, our faucet was broken so we couldn’t use the hot water, and the shower would stop working sometimes.

The air went out. When I asked the staff they kept saying someone was working on it. It was 80 degrees in my room. The last day the lady working in the front told me we could have changed hotels. Since it was the last day of my travel I didn't have another night to stay there. I asked for part of my money back for the inconvenience and she told me they couldn't do that either.
