Nothing really comes to mind, but I was only at hotel for 10 hours.

Was in a nice location in Central Boston. Room was very clean, free Wifi worked well. Staff were very friendly, even when my credit card did not initially work when I first checked in, due to being blocked due to a previous transaction. Felt safe and secure.

Great location, easy to find! The pub attached to it is good, nice spot for a good brew after a long day visiting the city. The check-in procedure was great, complementary drinks were appreciated as well.

1) The facilities (bed, sofas with metal parts etc) need renovation. 2) in the period we visited Boston, the stay in the Hotel wasn’t value for money

Nothing really, everything worked well. If I had to say one comment then the coffee in the room could be better and being a Brit, some tea bags would have been a nice touch but hey, we're in the US so no worries at all. That's it really.

Location was good for Downtown attractions. Staff were super friendly. The room was very nice and had the best shower of my trip. The attached pub, Elephant & Castle is amazing and well worth a visit for breakfast or evening drinks. Free water was a nice touch. Good vibes all round.

28 - the number of messages by email and 8 phone SMS I received from this hotel for the 3 bookings I made. PLEASE STOP. The messages are pointless and absolutely useless. All I need is the confirmation of my booking. I will never book this hotel again because of this.

The house keeper did not make up the room and not pick up the trash in the other room after the first night. We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights for 2 rooms.

I wanted to extend my stay and book another night but I was told at the reception they don't do bookings there and I had to book online and they'll try to give me the same room. That was a little strange. One of the female receptionist was weird. When I checked out I asked for a receipt and she said NO because it was prepaid through booking.com, when I insisted she said it was a joke. Then I asked if I could leave two bags for a few hours again she said..NO sir, you can't, when I said that's strange again she said that I was a joke. Luckily her colleague Maya was a very nice person and jumped in to help me and she told her how to print the receipt and also took the bags in. Thank you Maya for being professional.

This is a good hotel in the centre of Boston. The twin room was average size with enough space for two people to move around. It was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was a little small but had everything you need. I liked the water pressure in the shower.

The room (single queen) was smaller than I had expected. It was just enough room for a bed and a chair. Power outlets were also limited and a bit challenging to find. The designers have maximized space by having long, shallow shelves around the bathroom and beside the beds. It is very much like a cruise ship cabin design, if you have ever experienced that. For the price on that particular weekend, I felt I should have gotten more space. Didn't look that tight in the pictures.

The staff were very helpful. The 24-hour coffee bar in the lobby lounge was a nice touch. The pub connected to the lobby through an interior doorway was great! We got breakfast and lunch there without having to go outside. Even watched some of a football game there.
