Excellent location, really nice hotel in a quiet part of downtown Boston within walking distance of the main Boston attractions. Good, comfy and warm warms (in the winter) with good heating/AC - and having the Elephant and Castle pub next door was an added benefit.

The location was very central for our activities. We upgraded our room and it was lovely & spacious. My husband loved the coffee machine for his morning coffees :-) Bonus - Having access to the restaurant next door was very convenient and food and ambiance was great!

Small lobby with not much room. It's winter and anytime you opened the door in the lobby the cold draft was chilling. Maybe consider putting a heat vent to blow warm air when people enter so the lobby and staff stays warm.

Location was great, walking distance to attractions we wanted. The coffee was good lovely espresso machine. A restaurant was directly attached to the hotel with good food and environment. The front desk staff at all time were always smiling and greeting. Lovely team you have.

Facilities are on the smaller side.

The staff went above and beyond for the customers. The free coffee making facility is a lovely touch also. Perfectly laid out rooms with plenty of charging points and mirrors, ideal.

Great location in the city. Walking to distance to most sights and only 5 minute walk to Boston Common. Staff super friendly and free tea and coffee in lobby was great.

Our first room had a locked door between it and the adjoining room. We could hear every word of conversation the couple next door were having. Luckily we were able to change rooms, but I would imagine this would happen to anyone in that situation. Also, the property was hard to find even using google maps! Mattresses were too firm.

Our room and every part of the property was sparklingly clean and well taken care of. All staff were very friendly and professional. Although it doesn’t have a bar, the Elephant and Castle next door was convenient. The shower had a hand-held function. Bath products were nice. Parking was a great value.

The sofa bed is ok, could be better. The extra blanket in the closet definitely need some attention. Avoid it if you can. CQ management, you should go check out the blanket, I don't think you would use it yourself. It's seriously a great disappointment.

The bed is comfy, check in was a breeze. Complimentary high end coffee available 24/7. Can't beat the location, short walk from South Station, and hop skip and a jump to the train station.

I stayed at the Club Quarters Hotel in Boston from the 5th to the 10th of February. The check-in was very easy and hassle-free, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I had requested in advance to be allocated a quiet room away from lifts, and this request was seamlessly fulfilled. The room itself was spacious, although the bathroom was a bit small but still acceptable. Overall, some pieces of furniture seemed a bit worn, and what I didn't like at all was the absence of a wardrobe for my clothes. However, aside from that, I have nothing to complain about. The check-out was also problem-free, making for a smooth in-and-out experience. Additionally, I want to highlight the excellent location of the hotel—it couldn't be better. While I've been to Boston before, I must say the location alone justifies the entrance fee. It's important to mention that the WLAN (Wi-Fi), which is relatively stable in the house, is also very good. Another noteworthy detail is that you can find fresh water in the corridor of the rooms, allowing you to fill a plastic bottle and ensure a continuous supply of drinks. A positive aspect worth mentioning is the pleasant café lounge downstairs. Overall, I can recommend the hotel and would choose it again when I come to Boston, provided the price is right.
