I wish that the hotel provided teabags in the rooms as well as coffee. It wasn't a huge inconvenience though as I brought up teabags and a mug from the lobby area and ran water through the coffee maker which allowed me to have tea in any case. The outside of the bathroom door needed wiping down but it didn't bother me enough to mention it at the time. The area around the hotel could be a little quiet if returning after 9pm.

The room was very much a standard room with a comfortable bed, a good shower with soap and shampoo provided. Both the bedroom and the shower room were pretty clean though the grout could do with a bit of attention in the shower area. I liked that there was a water chiller near to my room with bottles provided for guests to help themselves to cold, fresh water. My room was also pretty quiet which I appreciated. Staff were friendly and Roberto was particularly helpful in giving me directions/retrieving my luggage when I asked him for help. I arrived in town at South Station and the hotel was just a short walk from there.

One elevator was down for maintenance and that was inconvenient.

Excellent location for all tourist activities. CQ rooms are well designed with plenty of storage space, comfortable furniture, and functional bathroom. Shower pressure was excellent with plenty of hot water. The pub downstairs was convenient with tasty options at reasonable prices. Will stay here again on my next trip to Boston.

Just the room size as I mentioned, but I take responsibility on that as I had options, and if we did not have three large suitcases it would have more than adequate. Mattress on bed was not great. I am been picky now, The hotel is very good and super location to tourist attractions and shops

Location is excellent, and it is very good value for the location. The room was a little tight, however, we had some large suitcases (we had come a long way) and I had the opportunity to pay for a larger room, but I declined, so I will accept this one. The hotel is great, staff were very nice and helpful. The bar downstairs is excellent, good atmosphere and good food. Overall, I would recommend this hotel (we were on a holiday)

a bit mess occurs when I check in as my credit card just been locked due to security reason because the hotel charged $1 to check if the card is valid before I arrived (and the bank immediately locked my card coz it is a careless transaction). Take abit time to talk with the bank and fixed finally. TV continuously disconnect due to the network problem, fixed by staff. abit dated as a 4-stars hotel, some revamp / remodel would be nice.

Excellent location, just 3mins walk to the main shopping area with lots of fast food selection. Part of the Freedom trail is just right around the corner. 10images walk from South Station. Quite and safe financial area. Great for solo traveller / business traveller. Nice and friendly staff. Great service.

At the time of our visit one of the elevators was out and it did cause some inconveniences. In our room the blanket was dirty and had to be exchanged. The sofa metal border (sides) was filthy. Could not adjust the temperature of the room to our liking.

Loved the location! Another benefit we liked was the attached pub restaurant for late snack and beverage, as well as the discount for parking!! The room with queen bed and sofa-bed, microwave, refrigerator was a good fit for us . The option for coffee 24/7 was good. The service was great - whenever we requested anything, it was brought to us in a timely manner.

The coffee station in the lounge was a little confusing to use, even the Keurig in the room, too! Also the walls feel incredibly thin and was super easy to hear other guests, but wasn't too unbearable.

The added security of having to swipe the room card to use the elevator is so smart and really adds to the safety of the hotel. The open lounge was also very convenient, especially for a late night coffee. Also the added water around the hotel, with the addition of water bottles to refill was amazing!

1.No safe in the room- you had to leave it in a lockbox at reception where a duplicate key could easily have been used 2. Requested housekeeping each day and had to phone down each end of day to get room cleaned.

Traditional hotel near to amenities and MBTA transport system. Attached to the British pub for drinks and breakfast. We wanted a one night stay before our return flight from Logan airport. Also one close to South Station, 600 meters away, as we travelled up from Providence RI. The hotel was comfortable and clean without any noticeable street noise. Short taxi ride to airport. MTBA has a station nearby with route to Airport but we didn’t try this as weekend maintenance work meant a bus replacement as part of journey. Also Silverline SL1 bus to airport available at South Station.
