The fact that they didn’t have they didn’t have parking, validate parking, or serve a complimentary breakfast are the reasons I will go somewhere else next time.

Bathroom door would close by itself while using the bathroom (e.g. brushing your teeth ) and the room was pitch-black once the door was closed. Not a major issue, just a bit of a pain.

the one thing i would comment on was that the room was dusty, the side tables beside the bed, areas of the living area, there was dust and grime, and the windows were quiet dirty.

The rooms felt like cruise ship rooms. Just something odd, but not necessarily a dislike.

Check in went smoothly and they even let me check in early. Staff were all exceptionally helpful and friendly. Location was perfect for me, good for business but also very walkable to Embarcadero Building/Center, North Beach, and Chinatown. Rooms were small but seemed clean and bed and linens were super cozy. There was a double bed, good amount of free space and a desk. The tv connects remotely to your device to easily stream. Overall, an insanely good value for the city and exceeded all expectations.

Had to make yo 2nd bed even though booking was for 3 people and had to ask reception for additional bedding - not ideal when arriving very late at night. Bedding however did arrive very quickly.

The location is near Chinatown, easy to travel to various locations via public transportation. Room is clean and cosy. There are complimentary bottles available to fill water near every lift lobby and coffee/tea at the hotel lobby.

Air conditioning and the hairdryer were dated and loud but no biggie

Really central location and within walking distance of Fisherman’s Wharf, Coit Tower etc. and lots of public transport options nearby. Facilities were great - shampoo and conditioner, complimentary water bottles, tea and coffee in the living room area, and self-service laundry. Restaurant next door is handy for quick meals and they have complementary wine for guests at certain times. Great value for money compared to the likes of getting an Airbnb - would definitely stay again and recommend to others!

We had a suite with a kitchenette; however it did not come supplied with all the crockery, cutlery & cooking utensils required to make it operational. We had to ask for every single thing we wanted over several days

They charge $100 security deposit, but it's not returned to the card immediately after check-out, which is inconvenient, especially if you use a debit card. The lunch and dinner times at the restaurant next to the lobby posted in the hotel did not match the actual times at the restaurant. After seeing the lunch time (11.00-5.00) on a poster at the hotel, we went to the restaurant at 4 pm and had to choose from their dinner menu (it kicked in at 3:00), which was more expensive.

It’s a bit soulless and is obviously business destination. The staff were friendly but didn’t need to interact much. Used the restaurant next door the first night for food. It’s nice and we were comped two glades of house red as we were hotel guests

Property is located in the business district. This suited us as we only had one day/two nights and our main activity was a trip to Alcatraz. The hotel was about 10 min walk so it suited. However we didn’t get to see much of anything else due to time.
