I did not like that parking was not provided. they give you suggestions on parking but is not included in room price because the hotel does not have a parking itself.

location was good, room not too small and it was clean. we had a problem with the toilet that was keep flushing though that did not get solved even if we asked but on the overall view our stay was very nice.

Good place to stay at SF. Very good location, 5 min walk to the pyramid. The service and facilities are good, which is very worthy to its price. There's self check-in machines at the lobby, very convenient.

First room had no windows that could open, and indoor air quality was toxic. Slept poorly. But was allowed to change to a room that had a window, which improved things.

Downstairs office and coffee area. Staff was nice. Clean.

The fold out bed for the kid was pretty awful, and unfortunately right next to the loud AC unit. Furnishings were tired. The upper floors are maze-like, with weird carpeting that adds to the sense of disorientation.

Great location with easy access to many sites and public transit. Decent lobby with complimentary coffee. Room was spacious for downtown SF. Totally adequate for a night or two.

In this pricerange I expected a bigger room, more quality of service (room service, mini bar, … were not present)

There’s a nice diner next to the hotel, you can send the check over to your room.

However, a couple of issues affected our stay. The elevator was surprisingly slow, stopping on nearly every floor despite a lack of passengers waiting. This was a minor inconvenience, especially during a one-night visit. Another drawback was the malfunctioning coffee machine in the room.

We recently stayed at a hotel in San Francisco's Financial District for one night, and overall, our experience was positive. The hotel's prime location near the Pier made it an ideal choice for our New Year's celebration and fireworks event. The quality-to-price ratio was excellent, addressing our primary concerns for the short stay. The room was comfortable, and the amenities provided a cozy atmosphere. The proximity to the waterfront added an extra layer of convenience for our New Year's plans.

The location was excellent and the room was really spacious. The check in process was very smooth and Liz was great! Helped us a lot and made us feel welcome. The hotel also offers a daily complimentary glass of wine in the hotel bar, which was a very nice surprise.

The room is rather small. The facilities were ancient for the priced charged. The only employee we had contact with, Liz, was extremely unfriendly.

The location is fantastic! There is also free coffee, cappuccino, tea and water for the guests. We were able to do an earlier check-in without any fee.

comfortable & overall pleasant hotel but not the luxury experience they try to insinuate

There is no mini fridge in the room which is terribly inconvenient since a lot of the restaurants in the area are take out only and we were eating mostly back in the hotel room. There is very little to no sound proofing. I could hear the neighbors late night conversations and snoring very clearly. To all of our discomfort, we could also clearly hear the business of whoever was using the bathroom. They made a great effort to be tech savvy in the lobby and have a semi self check out/in system but in the rooms that tech is outdated. There's no usb or usbc charging outlets. The price you're paying is more so for the convenient location than for comfortable amenities. They did have a beautiful lounge with free tea, coffee, and snacks but no breakfast or food options. The tea and coffee they offered was satisfactory but pretty generic and cheap overall. The hallways are tight, dark, and narrow and there were several inconvenient run ins with the employees carts who were trying to service rooms. Just limited space. If you are disabled or traveling with someone who has aids this could be especially difficult to deal with. Overall comfortable and pleasant but not the luxury experience they try to insinuate.

The room was clean and comfortable. The bedding was very soft and plush. The shower had great water pressure and a handheld sprayer which I always appreciate. The rooms are dark and have smaller windows but the bathroom had a very well lit mirror set up with a daylight bulb and the rest of the lighting the main room was a nice ambient gold tone. There was a Keurig in the room which was great for tea and coffee. The elevators require a room key to use which was a nice security feature. It's in a great location and most of the area around the hotel is flat and easy to walk with well maintained sidewalks and plenty of places to eat or shop. Most of the restaurants I went to however were to go only or had very very small areas for seated dining so we ate most of our meals back at the the hotel. I love that you can request services via text message. Our room didn't have soap and all I had to do was text the number my request and someone brought us soap fairly quickly. The refundable fee for potential damage was only $100 as of Dec2023 and not the atrociously high number I've seen in previous reviews. The wifi was strong.
