From the start - front desk person was amazing! She was very friendly and pumped to check us in even at 2am. Room was very comfortable and the breakfast was great! I only had a brief stay here so I did not explore the other amenities but the gym had the essentials and the pool looked like fun! My fiance and I felt very safe and there was even a bug bed preventer sheet on the bed! I would definitely stay here again!

No elevator. I know it was a smaller hotel, just didn’t realize there was no elevator. Gets hard when packing up and down the stairs with luggage.

The breakfast was good. Always nice to be able to enjoy a small meal at the hotel before getting on the road. Staff was very friendly.

Someone tracked mud all through the lobby at breakfast. Inconsiderate guest.

Great breakfast. Great room. Quick short stay for business, so didn't get to use everything. Plan on staying there every time I'm in Topeka.

The door to leave the building had something on it that needed cleaned I think it was food sauce? Also they are in the process of remodeling and updating some rooms so the hallways had some piles of old pictures leaned up on the walls.

Did not like not being able to see the breakfast or having to wait for the lady to finish stocking to serve us. She was very quick and stopped to come serve us but that is unfair to her having to walk back and forth so much. She was very friendly but it just made me feel like I was causing her extra trouble.

The quality of the food was very good. I loved the pool area.... although it was too cold to use. Definitely put this hotel on our travel map! Very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Will definitely be staying here again.

There is no elevators , we was on the 2nd floor and had to carry my 5yr old upstairs because we couldn’t get her wheelchair to the stairs.

Only problem is there was no milk, juice was out, and coffee maker was out of order. All the muffins were gone by 8:00 on Sunday morning. Seeing all the signs about remove your valuables and NOT responsible for theft made me wonder what kind of neighborhood I was in.

When I went into the room, it was very stuffy. The air unit was not working until the staff came in, at my request, to fix the tv and air. The tv didn’t work properly, staff got it turned on and working but the remote didn’t work properly and so my grandson and I had to listen to the tv loudly at night. Wasn’t super relaxing but the night staff that helped us was very nice. I am also glad I took my hair dryer this time as there was none in the room.

The location was great. I have stayed there before and had a nice stay. The staff working the desk was very nice and helpful.

Handicap grab bars in the bathroom are inadequate. There should be one beside the toilet, not just behind. A person sitting on the toilet can't use the one behind the toilet to get up. There needs to be a vertical bar at the edge of the shower to assist getting into/out of the shower. Reaching across to the bar inside the shower from outside could cause a fall. My husband was not able to shower due to this.

Nice wide doorways for handicap access. Very comfortable beds.

Couldn’t find the remote for the tv so I went to the desk to get one. When I got back to the room, I couldn’t get it to work. Tried to call the desk but no one answered. I went down to the desk and escorted him back to my room. He had a different remote and programmed it. In the morning, no signal again. What a pain in the neck.

I liked the two coupons for drinks at the bar. After a hard couple weeks on the road, the drinks were really nice.

I wasn't too impressed with the nighttime workers at the time we were there. It was a couple.

The manager was awesome, breakfast buffet was great, stay was great.

Very basic. Room could use some updating and work. Small TV. Shower head had mildew scum. Water smelles like room hadn't been used in awhile. A/C worked well. Parking was OK. Price was a little high at $125 a night and stayed 2 nights. 2 adults and 2 teenagers shared room 2 queen beds but not alot of space.

Pillows and beds were comfortable. Shower was hot. Pool looked inviting but didn't have enough time to go swimming. Served a decent breakfast.

I wish the water pressure for the shower had been better.
