It is located on top of Farragut West Metro station so it is super convenient to go anywhere. The room is clean. Staff is super responsive.

The entrance is a bit old and disappointing, but the rest is fine.

The location is very good, walking distance to the main places of interest. The metro is also very close, on the same corner. There are restaurants, shops and parking very close by. The staff went out of their way to bill us as required by our company (which is not easy).

No real staff, mostly self service. Only 2 lifts. Extremely noise outside, constantly beeping cars.

It was kind of pricey! Normally I wouldn’t complain about the price since I have stayed at more expensive properties but this hotel was too basic for the price

The location was key! It is really close to everything. The room wasn’t very fancy but it was clean and had everything that you may need.

Windows -- both in terms of insulation and noise blocking

Excellent location, really friendly and helpful staff, great location (near the White House and the National Mall) with lots of great restaurants, bars and amenities nearby. Only downside was the street traffic from below - due to the noisy glazing, however nothing that couldn't be sorted with earplugs. A great hotel, highly recommended.

The location is centrally located and was close to every place that I needed to go to. The room was spacious and comfortable. I appreciated the yoga mat and the coffee machine in the room as well as access to purified water in the corridor. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The rooms are very small. The foot of the bed is very close to the wall, coupled with the TV on the wall, you have to tip-toe/sidestep around the foot of the bed to get to the far side of it. The air vent in the bathroom was FILTHY. Lots of built up dirt and dust.

There was nothing I didn't like

The workspace where I was able to do my work outside my room. Including the condiments of having coffee, tea and hot water for me. I would also say that I like the people that work there, they were so nice and helpful; especially helping me signing in and getting into the room.

The bed is a double. The room is small but could have fit a slightly bigger bed. Booked a queen room that I thought would have had a queen bed but looking back at ,y confirmation it does say double bed so that’s my fault.

Location is fantastic. Right round the corner from the white house and near some bars and restaurants.

The hotel is closely located near the metro. White house is 5 minutes walking distance. There are nice cafes around the hotel. The hotel is clean and cozy, but affordable.

Noisy main road adjacent, may need better windows to limit sound. Should add privacy screen to half of window to allow blinds to be keep up. Please supply toothpaste and tooth brush. Consider changing shower curtains to screens.

Clean, spacious rooms. Bed was a good size. Good room service. Good sound proofing between rooms. Excellent staff. Very friendly atmosphere. Felt safe. Excellent central location.

The only thing I was disappointed in was the parking. I didn’t like that I had to park in a parking garage. But everything else was fine.

the “king” bed was two twin beds put together. This made the bed start separating from the middle

The room is kind of small and you can easily hear noises. Also, the TV in the room did not work. I just find it a bit overpriced as the hotel is kind of old/no view. However, I guess the location makes up for it.

The staff and location were amazing. Close walk to most attractions and also a bus stop right in front of the hotel. We also found some nice bakeries and restaurants nearby. Several paid parking options around as well. I would recommend it for a weekend/short stay.
