We would most certainly book with this hotel again. What a person wants more than anything is a clean room and ours certainly was.

I usually get a queen studio room so it has two televisions allowing my kids another option of entertainment in the room. The second tv wasn't working, but I didn't ask to have it fixed this time. This is a problem I've encountered a few times but overall it's a minor inconvenience and doesn't affect my opinion of the room or the staff of the hotel. The only other issue I had was I had three bottles of conditioner and no shampoo. Once again minor inconvenience. Overall petty issues that were easily fixed.

This hotel always feels like home. The staff is efficient and accommodating. The attention to detail is amazing the staff is willing to fix any issues that arise. We were told the pool was open until 10 and the lights were out at 9. However the staff made sure it was usable when we asked if it was open, even checked the chemicals. This is the best hotel in the area when looking for a very comfortable night away from home.

The property was great . The only problem was that there are no signs on where the driveway is to get to motel. You see the motel. Other than that it’s a great place!

Check in. Waited 10 minutes for someone to show up. They were very short staffed-1 person running entire hotel in evening. Wasn’t her fault- the company needs more people to work on weekends/holidays.

It was satisfactory. I appreciated the scrambled eggs, and there was a decent selection.

Small glitch with our TV, the remote didn't work. They switched our room promptly. Breakfast, however, was not restocked. Seems the person who worked until 7 or 8 a.m. didn't set it up properly and/or didn't restock it properly. Management might want to consider changing start & end of shift times so that one person works all of breakfast.

Bed was very comfortable. We both slept great! The room was clean. Love the full-size shower amenities, the squeeze bottles are much better than single use shampoo.

The gentleman who checked me in did not understand the system very well and tried to add extra charges by mistake which I turn would not accept my booking.com payment that had already been prepaid. I had to spend 2 hrs with booking.com going back and forth with cobblestone staff. Ali was our savior and fixed the computer error in a couple mins and the payment went through just fine. I highly recommend this person be retrained bc it wasted time and caused frustration with me. Also alot of the breakfast food was all out.

The selections for breakfast. At a facility this nice, I thought there would be more selection - various cereals, yogurt, eggs, muffins. The juice machine did not work, only one piece of fruit was left.

The facility was new, clean, comfortable. The room was quiet, large, roomy, and from our third floor window, an excellent view of a green field with trees and horses.

We waited 2 hrs and 20min past our check in time for our room to be ready. We got there at 3:35 check in was 4pm. I was told room wouldn't be ready for an hour😒 so we come back around 5 and was told 20 more min, went back 20/30 min later and was then told it should be ready minute..FINALLY at 6:19 I got checked in.

The location was great. The was an AMAZING pizza place like 2 blocks away, I believed called Tonys, 2 gas stations right next door and Elitch Gardens was right down the street...5min drive maybe a 15/20min walk.

Staff in both morning and evening a little too willing to share their problems and frustrations with guests. Coffee pot was empty at breakfast. No batter for the waffle maker. No beer at the bar for "happy hour". No apple juice, and orange juice was mostly water.

Good facilities (lounge, fitness center), handy location, clean and comfortable.

The staff weren’t very helpful. Our television wasn’t working when we checked in and asked the front desk to fix it but they never stopped by to figure out what was wrong with the television. The complimentary hot water and coffee jugs were empty, my family likes to make instant ramen for dinner if there aren’t any food places around the area, but we weren’t able to have it last night due to lack of hot water. We checked out the next morning and the jugs were still empty. The reeking smell of manure from a nearby was not pleasant either, we could smell it even from our room.
