The lifts took an absolute age to arrive and were often full with maintenance staff. Disappointing that there was no bar or restaurant at the property

that we couldn’t get any towels and no response from the host! Asked the hotel for roll of toilet paper to get us through till we head out to the store and they couldn’t do that!! no call back to let us know anything so disappointing!!! But we managed to get towels on are own !!!!

2 towels and a roll and a half of toilet paper for a 6 nights. One of the lamps did not work at all . The other broken had to be plugged in at the wall. Only 5 or 6 hangers. No cups for water. A coffee maker but no coffee?

The hotel itself, the lobby and the common areas are very stylish, modern and updated. Our room was not. It was clean and comfortable, but a bit aged and worn. The elevators were running erratically, some not working, long waits, and we had to use the service elevators.

The location was amazing, in a hip, affluent neighborhood. It is in walking distance to many good restaurants, cafees, ice cream parlors. The view from the balcony is unbeatable, just the blue water and lush green canopy of trees. Having the parking included and connected to the building was a great bonus.

expensive parking, no hotel type services, pool and jacuzzi closed at 6 pm. The unit we stayed in could use some care, such as properly draining sink & bath tub.

The room we had this time was not as nice as the last time we stayed at this hotel. There were stains on the carpet. The whole thing could use an update. It didn't meet up to hotel arya standards.

We love the location and would even consider buying one of the units. This was our 3rd visit at this hotel. It is a great location to stay at before taking a cruise. We did love the balcony and ocean view from our room. The bed was comfortable

The room is decently outdated and needs a fresh coat of paint in some places. When we arrived, the bathroom smelled strongly of mildew and we had to let it air out for the day. It can get noisy, especially at night.

The room has a king bed which isn't advertised in the description, and includes a microwave, mini fridge, and mini coffee maker. The location is perfectly situated in Coconut Grove, close to restaurants, cafes, etc.

The pictures and ads were DECEPTIVE. They made the "condo" look like a real apartment. Instead, it was just a hotel room with a small kitchenette and a view.

The room needs painted, patched and an update. the furniture is marred and drawers don’t work. There is not a safety hinge on the door. There is no phone in the room for safety to contact desk quickly if you need to. At 2:55 am someone was knocking on my door insistently and kept doing it. I had to use my cell phone. look up the number for the hotel to report this issue and to get some attention to this potential intruder . it was scarey.

the television never worked and being in a private residence the hotel would not help us. Whilst the SoFLA management team were helpful on the phone the issue was not resolved during our stay. we did not have a car and were not issued with a parking pass yet charged $75 for failing to return a parking pass despite updating the management team we hadn’t been issued with one. It’s quite a con. We stayed for 3 nights and received house rules and guidelines the morning of our departure - poor communication from SoFlLA - disappointed on that side of things

not enuf to plug in. microwave couldn’t plug in so had to carry it to the bathroom to plug it. Wi-Fi was down for two days. the best Wi-Fi was Friday night and Saturday morning.

The communication could've been better. I asked for 2 beds. 1 bed turned out to be a pull out couch, which wasn't really comfortable. The parking was for 1 vehicle which was fine but not knowing that ahead of time was inconvenient.

Location is perfect. The pool area is beautiful!
