We loved the location! The view and the spaciousness of the private apartment

I had an private room that comes with free parking and was told at the desk that it wasn’t included. After I paid for overnight parking they finally checked the mail and found the parking pass. I also didn’t get my room clean at all and when I did call for service they came by and dropped of 2 big towels as compensation for not cleaning in 3 days.

The view and location was amazing and the security was phenomenal .

outdoor furniture stained and torn. No privacy wall between unit patio. lattice work bungy corded where wall use to be so no privacy. Paint chips falling from walls. Bugs in bathroom. No wi-fi. Spent hours on the phone trying to correct to no avail. Wasted first day of vacation trying to correct problems!!

Apt needs updating a LOT and is very pricey for what it is! fabulous views but no comfortable chairs or loungers to enjoy it!!!

SoFla vacations. Per the above, after a “system glitch” resulted in one of our reservations being canceled without notifying us, Andy the owner has made no effort whatsoever to communicate with us, let alone compensate (or even apologize!) for this terrible experience, nor has our $500 deposit been returned two weeks later. Beware that you will take a financial risk and have no piece of mind if you book with SoFla.

The property is fine- great location and pool. HOWEVER, one of our two reserved suites was inexplicably canceled without notice, resulting in our family scrambling for expensive last-minute accommodations.

The room I book had a balcony, there was no balcony when I got there. To make it worse my blinds were broken. So forget about having any view . Front desk couldn't assist and the agency didn't offer any refund or room relocation. Nor could they be bothered to have the blinds fixed.

It was just a standard hotel room situated in the worst part of the hotel, you could easily see into other rooms and vice versa!!

the hotel is in a great location and in walking distance from many places the staff was very helpful with the valet parking and getting our car whenever we needed it the room was just perfect!

For two nights the lights on the baseball field behind the property were on all night long- and shined directly into the unit. if there were blinds- the light could have been blocked out- but no blinds.

The unit was stunning- spacious and so clean. the bathroom was like a spa…and the view! The view was breathtaking!
