The only glitch in the whole stay was when we got here they couldn't find a reservation so it took about 30 minutes for them to locate it and then they got us the key not sure what that was about was never explained to us. But they are very friendly and helpful one needed to be

We enjoy the size of the apartment, the bed was good but not great I guess one of the thing is the pillows need to be replaced their Goodfellas not great pillows. But besides Department, the kitchen is great The View was great we had a two-bedroom room very cozy and everything we needed

Room small ... luggage rack would have been helpful. Sink in bath was small and limited surface for personals.

There were ants on the kitchen table and we found 2 live roaches on the stairs and bathroom. I know this is FL but a bug service would do wonders!! Also it looked like the pool area was never really cleaned around or the "sunny" pool wasn't cleaned out in the morning. Leaves were all over the place including inside the pool. Would have given more stars if it wasn't for the bugs!! Overall though, I would rent here again!!

Great accommodations for the cost. Loved having 2 bathrooms even though both were upstairs. A little reconfiguring and you can actually put a bathroom downstairs. Location was great for us. Even though it was close to the airport, you never heard the planes.

It's a resort without service. They don't clean your room or collect trash, toilet paper is very low quality, my bathroom had a dispenser with two shampoos but no body soap and no conditioner and when I called the after hours number (which nobody picked up) it didn't work. They are a 100% focused on making money and not so focused on the experience: check out at 10 AM (when did it become the norm? Bad bad joke!), office closes at 8 PM during most days (who in Key West comes back before 8)? To sum it up, I would not stay there again

I called for the keys to be in the lockbox and they were not. It took an hour to find someone to get them for me. No one was at all apologetic for the issue.

We had a terribly small dark and dirty location. When u walked down to Our room it was a walled walkway very claustrophobic! When u walk out of this terrible room u were faced with a wall. The patio was so small we couldn’t sit outside also looking at a wall and filthy floor. A broom stood in the corner the entire time. Very ugly. No room service to clean each day nor did we ever have clean towels. The bathroom and kitchen need serious updating. A college dorm size frig fit nothing. We would never stay here again or use Bookings!

Before checkout, we were requested to remove all towels and bed linens and put out of the apartment. Also we had to remove all the garbage and throw on the garbage bins of the building.

The hotel was very clean and offers all described features.

Arrived at 9pm to find our 1st room FULL of German cockroaches (at least 50-60). Took 3 hours to get ahold of staff for a room change. While changing rooms at midnight, i had forgot a brand new pair of shoes in the old room. Shoes were left at front door. By the time i could get the staff to let back in the following day, my shoes were missing. The only people in the room after me were staff, yet no one can tell me where they went.

Nothing. I’ve been 3 times in the last 5 years, and each time it’s progressively gotten worse.
