Tiny toilet in the bathroom, I felt like I was falling down backwards. All the racks were down in the bathroom, maybe they were renovating. There were no towel racks, no racks for toilet paper. I think the room could have been cleaner. I saw ants on the sink - and there was a musty feeling when I first walked into the room. However, I can not fault the hotel entirely on this, because they gave me originally a 3rd floor balcony room, but because I am suffering from knee pain and have surgery coming soon - I told them there was no way I could climb to the 3rd floor. Maybe the room they had prepared for me was better than the one I received. I could only get to the 2nd floor. Plus on my way up the stairs, this had NOTHING AT ALL TO DO WITH THE HOTEL STAFF, there was, however, a guest who was drinking heavily outside his room as I passed him on the 2nd floor and he started talking obscenely to me and pinched MY ASS as I walked by. I turned around and told him, "SIR PLEASE KEEP YOUR HANDS TO YOURSELF." I didn't want to make a scene. I did, ,however, report this to the office, and from then on whenever I passed his room he behaved himself. Nothing to do with the hotel - however, this man kind of made my hotel experience bitter,. I tried not to let it affect my judgement here on my critique.

Beautiful view of the ocean and close to all in Wildwood Crest. 5 minutes from Cape May. Ocean was perfect and the ramp made it so much easier to get out 1/2 way down to the water. Just the best view ever - sunrises and sunsets from right outside on our balcony. THEY WERE GORGEOUS!

The bathroom has no place to put toiletries. Multiple electrical outlets did not work. Pillows were FLAT.dressers and kitchen cabinets were particle board with chunks peeling away. Hand towel bar fell off the wall as i tried to place towel on it. Ants in kitchen. Office staff said the ran out of ant traps. 3 floors no elevator.

Room was small. Bathroom was tiny, had ants crawling on the floor. Not inviting. Poor value for the money.

Lack of screens meant that to get some ventilation we had to open the door allowing flies. The layout was teeny. The front window didn’t open, lacking another opportunity for ventilation. Smelled musty.

The unit, kitchen and bathroom were clean. Tiled bathroom and floors. Bedroom spotless seemingly freshly painted, comfortable beds. Easy access to the beach. Full fridge and freezer. Close to the pool.

outside needed to be powerwashed.. steps and walkway were dirty just from people coming from the beach. sandy but yet dirty. doors on rooms need to be painted for appearance sake. however rooms were very clean

location was great. the little diner at the location was great. breakfast was fabulous and having ice cream at night perfect. parking was very very very tight. one day we had 2 suv's parked along side of us and we couldnt even get into our vehicle. however the staff was great. for the price it was worth every penny.

had to climb stairs (I have COPD) -- parking very tight -- paid metering system in Wildwood (I do not own a smart phone) went to Boardwalk and found no place to park so came home. Parking at Boardwalk on weekend ridiculous they wanted $40 to park what do they think we just won the lottery. Told them to stick it.

kitchen cabinets broken shredding and support Columns that support walk way decks need up grades . it’s terrible to be in construction you notice these things lol ..facility definitely needs upgrade . though will still stay in future plannings ! can’t win it all .

Outdated facilities mostly. The kitchenette, TV, appliances, and bed need to be upgraded badly. There was no elevator so pray you get a 1st floor room. The parking lot is very tight for folks with anything larger than a compact car.

The property is right on the beach. The staff were friendly and hospitable. The 2 gas BBQs on site were very convenient. It was a great value for the location!

The room was waaay smaller than we thought it would be, sold for fam of four, two full-sized beds hardly accommodated us, but, the kitchenette was nice. Make sure you don’t stay on the first floor or you’re in the parking lot.

There was a lot of outdoor room for guests to use. Having a pool & the beach was ideal. We saw a staff member regularly cleaning up the property. Great having an ice cream parlor / pizza place on site. The vintage vibe was fun w out sacrificing modern conveniences.
