41 check in fee should be added when booking or at least clearly specified in the description. Instead it was „hidden” note about some fees in fine print. Besides that I loved it.

Really nice apartment with amazing view from balcony. Clean… well stocked (just a few coffee filters would be nice and it would be perfect). Great location, pool, gum etc. I can complain only about one thing. $

the apartment was nice and quaint, but could use some upgrades such as the TV is about to go out, has a line running through it, the coffee maker could be upgraded to a Keurig, the bathroom vanities could use an upgrade, the TP holder is falling off of the side because of water damage to the side of the cabinet in both bathrooms. A better explanation or instructions on using the laundry facility, they provide the laundry card (laundry room charges 2.00 for a wash, and 2.00 for dryer... but you have to put a minimum of $10 on the card to use it if there are no funds left over.) and the property will not reimburse you... so you get stuck paying 10.00 for a 4.00 wash and dry.

the process was easy, but I was charged 2 resort fee's. 1 through Booking.com and 1 when I arrived at the property. I addressed this with the owner and she explained what it was about. So in all I paid 41.50 for a property bracelet and a parking pass (parking was supposed to be free and included in the price, apparently not!)

It's far from shopping (grocery) but you can use the free shuttle. And so restorans. In apartment shower needs restoration.

The building was very good, security, pool and surroundings. Through poll was closed for 2 days. But it's close to the Beach and beach is wonderful. Apartment is spacious and nice decorated. Clean.

The beds were uncomfortable, the sofa bed was completely deteriorated including a rotten mattress, the kitchen had camping gear rather than proper kitchen utensils, the beach chairs were rusted & the beach umbrella broken. The bath towels were Shredded and all furniture & flooring plastic. Notably the apartment unit manager, Julia, was extremely rude, outspoken and not collaborative with an outrageous behavior and attitude. The rest of the facility staff were very nice.

We were charged 40$ resort fee twice. Once In the bookings.com website, where it is stated in the breakdown of the charges, and another time at reception (where they even have a credit card transaction fee, so ended up paying 41.5$). Look, it is not about extra 40$ when already paid almost 1,600$, it is the bad way of getting extra money.

We previously been to the apartment complex, so knew what to expect. Building is close to the beach, easy access to shopping and malls.

on the pictures, the other bed was on the living room, somit had 2 beds in separate rooms which was convenient for a group of friends to stay. in reality they were all stacked in one room. also, the property had only soap bars, the kitchen wasn't stacked with literally anything. the WiFi didn't work well either.

the location wasn't great as described but was okay overall for the price they charged.

The pull out couch bed was broken - so we had to sleep on the couch for 6 days. pull out bed mattress was thin and used - had to use the couch cushions to hold up the bottom of bed - so the couch was the only option to sleep Dirt under the couch. Bed pillows were stained and smelly along with the extra blankets 4 towels and 4 small beach towels (maybe a few extra would have been nice) No toaster like we were told there was The place smelled No rugs except in the bathroom and all cold tile floor - very slippery and cold No heat Pool was suppose to be heated and it was cold Blinds were broken so they wouldn't shut The place was old and tired site won't let me upload my photos...

The apartment is not maintained. There were hairs and dust EVERYWHERE. The toilet was not cleaned either... The kitchen appliances and dishes were either broken, rusty, or just dirty. When I told the host he offered to send someone to mop the floors, but not beyond that. Clearly that's how they clean the apartment between guests and nothing beyond that. Also, the pool was shut down by the Health Department. I was there with my family and we simply could not stay there and had to find a new place. The host refused to let us check out early and Booking.com were not helpful at all. I got no compensation or reimbursement, not even partial. I have been traveling around the world for years, even the cheapest hostels in India and Africa that I stayed in were cleaner than this place. STAY AWAY!!!

The location is good but the apartment is below the most minimal standard for an accomodation.

Parking was too far away from the apartment. We had to park on a roof and walk all the way down. They were only 2 adult towels in the whole apartment. The other towels are what you step out on when you get out of the shower. There were only 2 small bars of soap for 5 days and not a lot of communication on what we needed to bring. Also, what to do with trash and what needed to be cleaned before we left. Finally, We had someone enter the apartment at 10:30 in the morning day of check out, and we were not supposed to be out to 11, and I was half dressed that is unacceptable. I tried to talk to the lady in the hallway as she just ignored me and walked away.

We liked the location it was very nice. We liked the views.

The apartment needs renovation (bathroom, kitchen). Also, I booked an apartment with 1 king bed, but there were 3 full beds. It's not a big problem, but it was surprised. Need change batteries in remote control.

the property was very clean, there is a mini store downstairs that was very convenient! really liked that you had to use a key fob to get in and out of the resort. The view was amazing even though it wasn’t right on the beach! the host was very helpful and professional! if I’m the area again will definitely stay!

Place was gorgeous-even better in person. Immaculate, trendy, great location, close to beach (across the street), walking distance to stores and restaurants. I would recommend to everyone! Definitely looking forward to staying here again.

amazing stay ,views are incredible!!! Public beach ,and kids aria ,very convenient for us since we travel with kids.A lot of fun ,place is huge ,and most importantly we had 2 big beds so our kids slept very comfortable. Julieta was an amazing host ,always replied back for our request.Highly recommend. Definitely will be back next January.
