Hotel had continental breakfast in prior seasons, but are discontinued

I was asked what floor I preferred when registering. I wanted 2nd and even though it seemed available, got 1st. My motel had alot of construction going on and next door at Dunes cottages much construction and even well drilling was going on. Pool and breakfast not available.

Location of my room was close to river and close enough to beach I jogged to main beach, up to footbridge and back rte.1 to motel. It really has a separate room for seating at table even though not advertised as 2 rooms.

The bed on one side is about 6 inches {or 150mm) off the wall and it’s so small a gap it’s almost impossible to to walk down it so you have to climb over the bed to get into it plus there’s no nightstand on that side. Great if you’re a single traveler but not so great if you’re a double. Also the bed sounds like you’re on a drum which bangs when you walk on the floor or move in the bed. Floor must be on a raised type flooring but the noise sounds like a kettle drum. Other than that the room was great,

Wonderful location to sights and restaurants in Ogunquit. Easy walk from Tides to the walking bridge to the beach, with wonderful walk along beach to downtown Ogunquit are for nice loop. Room a little worn, but clean, and staff friendly and attentive to needs. Good breakfast, good parking.

It would have been helpful to have more dishes and silverware.

The room was very clean and the bed was quite comfortable. We used the kitchenette every day for breakfast and I cooked one dinner on the induction stove top. The girl who took care of our room was so nice!

I found breakfast to be unimpressive for Ogunquit Maine. Seeing that the location was affiliated with Holiday Inn Express and having had breakfast at those accommodations, I guess I was expecting meat and omelettes rather than what was offered. As for the breakfast room the chairs and tables felt cheap. The chairs were uncomfortable and lightweight. The tables were wobbly. I moved to the bar and the stool had me at a height that the bar top was at my clavicle. think the checkout time is on the early side. I felt the checkout time was a little early. From the time I woke up in the morning it was always in the back of my mind I have to be gone by 10 AM.

The room was amazing! King size bed with beautiful colors selected for the rug and the bedding. Loved that there was not a tub and it was a 4 foot shower. I did have to run the water for almost 10 minutes to get to warm water. Having a balcony was such a lovely feature.

Good value motel near Ogunquit centre, with interesting walks from the hotel. Next to a good lobster restaurant. Two pools, breakfast and free parking. Nice town. Lots of restaurants. I'd stay again.
