The room we had the toilet is too close to the sink an with the hand rail right there if I was a bigger person I wouldn’t of been able to get the toilet paper or maybe even sit on the toilet it’s to close or remove the hand rail. Beds weren’t very comfortable. An not much for breakfast for the price you pay for a room

There was no protein on the breakfast bar. The bread was dried out & I got there as soon as the breakfast hours started @ 6 am. Several in my party are diabetic so there was really nothing for them to eat for breakfast. It was bread, cereal, waffles, milk, apple juice & OJ. No donuts not even yogurt.

The floors weren't vacuumed behind furniture. Bathroom door didn't close. Outside doors weren't secured.

Key didn't work for outside doors...had to always walk through front and around. Not the biggest deal unless your hands are full of stuff that's hard to carry.

Staff was very awesome! Gave them a 9 based on that alone. Nothing is worse than assholes so they are super! 👍

Decent furniture, sheets without stains.

Location was ok, room was not clean, chairs were not fit for the dump, bathroom was not clean, walls were spattered, sheets are stained, whole room seemed to be in disrepair.

Everything. We couldn't even sleep there. There were more bed bugs than I could count and hardly anything worked. Really only checked in and left with in actually being in the room maybe an hour or 2

I really wasn't there long, the vending machines didn't work, light switch didn't work, outlets were loose and couldn't charge my phone, after being up for 36 hours and driving 13 hours I laid down for 20 mins and started itching, I saw a bug and immediately jumped out of that bed, pulled the sheets back and couldn't even count all the bed bugs if I had tried. I collected some in a tissue and took them to the front desk asked for my money back and left. We were traveling for vacation drove A LOT it would've been nice to sleep in a bed instead of the car for the night but we just got back in our car and kept driving.

The room walls were dirty the bathroom was dirty chair in room was dirty. Water stains on tables and dresser. Fridge wasn't cold. Freezer was full of frost couldn't use the freezer. Had to wear shoes the whole time was worried the floor was really dirty like the walls. Breakfast was very little not much for options. We didn't eat there because of this.

The rate of 1st night for room should have been the same rate the other 4 nights but it was $10 more a night.

They had breakfast everyday but ran out of something different every day and that was not such a good thing

we ended up going to another hotel. smelled of cigarettes. In one of the rooms, the chair had cigarette burns, other room had no soap and the tv didn’t work.

Sheets stained bad. Blood stains very dirty. Didn't even stay there. And then they didn't refund us our money. In my opinion that is stealing my money. We went to a different motel. And there were several of us that left there and refused to stay there. Bad business. I will be calling the better business bureau.

Sink was broke, floor had white stuff all over, smelled horrible, we were the for 3 nights and they entered our room without permission and messed with our stuff. There was used shampoo and conditioner and only decaf coffee available.

One of our hotel rooms was broken into, while we were in it forcing 15 people (including children) to sleep in one room. The hotel management didn't want to do anything about it. Will never recommend!

There was no breakfast. One of our rooms got broken into while we were in it. The hotel management slid the broken window over and told us it would be fine. We had to call the police because they wouldn't. Definitely do not recommend! If I could give this hotel a 0 rating, I would

They had a break in & two people were arrested. There was blood all over the floor. The fighting & arguing started at about 6:00 in the morning. People banging at the doors. Not a good morning experience.
