Noisy with the cars passing if you stay on the side of the road. We used ear plugs and it was perfect 😊

5 minutes walking to fisherman’s wharf and the famous cable car that can get you on a fun ride to the city center. Very nice personnel, they allowed us to park for free also after the check out. Good facilities and spacious room

No microwave or fridge in room but with so many nice restaurants in the neighborhood, we can adapt. Be aware of traffic noise in this popular part of the city. We get used to it.

Excellent courteous helpful staff, most of the time we get to check in early and keep our car in covered parking before and after as needed; spacious room with glass drinking cups and mugs; location very convenient to our son and family in North Beach. It's our dependable go-to lodging when in the City. And Pat's Cafe nearby is reliably good for breakfast.

Bathroom light didn’t work & ice machine was broken.

The elevator was out of service on several occasions and seemed somewhat unreliable. I would have rated this hotel a 9 or 10, but the biggest drawback is that they still haven't returned the $100 deposit, although it has been almost three weeks since checkout.

The property was in decent condition, with parking conveniently located right next to the reception. The room was spacious and clean and air conditioning worked well.

The bath tub itself could do with an update however everything was perfectly fine and so comfortable! Very clean!

Searched hard to find affordable accommodation with free car park in San Fran, and Columbus Inn did not disappoint! Excellent location - walkable distance to the wharf area, felt safe. Car park is not gated but is under cover and did feel safe as well - we did take all our belongings out of the car in case, however there were no issues at all. The staff were very warm and helpful. It is an older hotel, however we were pleasantly surprised with how clean everything was! (I am a clean-freak as well). Really nice attention to detail of the little needs - plenty of electric sockets to charge devices at the bedside tables, coffee/tea options, included shower gel & shampoo, vending machine in the hallway. Would definitely stay here again!

Nothing - a problem with the lift was quickly attended to and staff helped carry our bags.

Spacious and comfortable room, with an older vibe but modern amenity. Ideal location for sightseeing - a short walk to Fisherman’s Wharf, the cable cars and loads of good eateries. Staff were so friendly and helpful. On-site parking clinched the deal for us.

We were traveling with family and booked two rooms. They were next to each other which is very nice. Free parking was a big bonus as we parked our car and walked to local restaurants. Located very convenient to many activities and attractions.

This is a great location to experience San Francisco. I grew up around SF so this reunion was great fun. The Columbus Inn has all the basics covered with comfortable rooms and friendly staff. The included onsite parking is a great plus!

We booked this hotel filtering "free parking" and price was really competitive. It was a surprise realising that overall the qyality/price ratio was really good. Location is excellent, parking space is comfortable and room itself was more than OK. The young lady at the reception, Tulsi, was so kind in searching tourist info.

We had tickets for a concert right next door at Bimbo's 365 Club and it was so convenient to be right next door to the show. neighborhood was quiet at night and hotel guests were too!
