Bathroom smelled. The toilet was clogged and almost overflowed twice. The frig didn't work and the TV had poor reception.

Location was perfect. We didn't have the breakfast.

The breakfast wasn’t good. The coffee was not good. Would be nice to have fresh coffee, not just a machine. Also, no ice machine on the floor we stayed at. The curtains didn’t close so it wasn’t dark.

Non-functioning light. Loose/live Wires on the floor. Asking for shampoo as there was none when we arrived & having to ask a second time. Eggs second day were awful.

It was outdated. Way out dated. TV was awful for selection and quality, AC unit was not efficient, breakfast was mediocre, coffee is instant coffee, the bathroom had no vent and the lighting was terrible. One light flickered constantly.

The room was very clean, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. The couch was comfy, the refrigerator worked (didn't try the other appliances). The shower had good water pressure and consistent water temperature.

- Slow elevators - The AC in the queen suite was not great. A tiny vent sent ac to the living room area from the split unit. Had to keep the door open between rooms or the room for too hot. - had to request a new room bc the AC was leaking in the first room and the carpet was wet and smelled like mildew. - eggs at breakfast were too wet

- clean - easy to navigate - kids enjoyed the outdoor pool - Breakfast was pretty good.

I didn't like the fact we only had 2 or 3 channels to choose from on the television. That was definitely an issue having a younger child in the room. I also have an issue with $50 that was said to be added for damages(which there was none) then returned. In the end my bill went from 122 & change to 172. The fee was not returned it appears it was just added in as the price of the room.

The breakfast was decent the area was convenient and clean! I have no complaints about the breakfast. I always appreciate making my own waffle!!!

I generally get in around midnight and the night Front desk staff is unable to check me in. The help desk on the last occasion as well as tonight was not helpful to the staff. As of the review I am still not checked in (I waited more than 30 minutes). The staff gave u and gave me a key due to the hour of night and assistance was not forthcoming

We were on the back side of the hotel over the Indian Restaurant and could smell the spices in the room. The restaurant was not operating during my first stay. It did not bother us but may some so I thought that I would mention. I can't remember our room number but last name is Stump and we stayed 7/29-8/2. The DO NOT DISTURB door hanger was missing but the front desk had one. The Kleenex ran out but the front desk had one. The blue stripe on tissue indicating end of box was already showing when we arrived. There were two of us and only two bath towels so picked up two more from the front desk. Needed because in our case no matter how we arranged the shower curtain by the head, it leaked on the floor. Also, there was no bathmat and the tub was super slick, so we used one inside the tub when showering (invention is the mother of necessity). I realize these may seem like small items and it did not cause us any fret but thought you might want to know as to some visitors, the little things mean a lot. Only other mention is the couch in that room. When one sits on it, one is swallowed up. The only way to stay any length of time is to sit up on the very edge of it. For smaller or older people like me, once in it may take a second person to get out of it. I did not have this issue on my first stay.

Staff, location (driving from TN coming up Rte 1 still within 10 minutes of family on 202 in DE), Fava restaurant within walking distance (it's super!) and the complimentary water (we drink A LOT of it). Stayed once before by myself and had some small maintenance items that I mentioned on the survey and received a response from the manager that did not appear to be autovend. That makes a difference with me.
