The guest laundry washing machine doesn't work sometimes. My only complaint. But they do offer to do your laundry for you when the machines were down. So that's good.

Room was pleasingly clean with the exception of stains on the headboard which I chose to clean myself with clorex wipes that I shudder to think what they may have been and the living room couch cushions had a couple of dark unpleasant stains as well.

The staff was poor. Check-in is always challenging. The keys cards need to be changed on EVERY entry to the room. After a long day and coming in at midnight...going back and forth for new key cards is the worst. The manager/owner is extremely dismissive. The process of checking in seem to be a bother to him.

The location was good for the access that I needed.

Elevators really slow, breakfast was same every day and on last day there was only sausage. Room-had to ask for toilet paper and towels. There should be more than half a roll and more than 2 towels in the room. Light flickered bad. Iron didn’t work. Doors slamming.

Everything was great! Only two small issues. The tv in the sitting area did not work. And the dresser in the bedroom was missing its’ top drawer.

This is not my first time staying here, however, everytime I stay, it is always under construction. My last stay was pre Covid. Work should be complete by now. Also, it prides itself on the ads to be 100p% smoke free. My room reeked of smoke. When I complained a Manager came in and sprayed Lysol on the carpet. The smell remained and when I checked out, the smell had transferred to my clothing.

Tiny pillows, cold air blowing directly towards bed throughout the night when heat was needed - temperature control didn't work. Phone next to bed was dead. Despite requesting more pillows, maintenance to check heating and fix the phone, none of those requests were fulfilled, even when requested directly in person to Christina McHugh, General Manager. Breakfast was skimpy. Watery eggs were cold due to being located directly near cold air vent. Elevator creaked and groaned. Very limited channels on tv. This was like staying at a cheap roadside motel.

The location was the only thing we liked.

No hand soaps! We were too tired to call for soap. We used shampoo to wash our hands. Horrible breakfast. No eggs. Had to cook the sausages. My coffee was not good and I think the creamer was old. We had a bee by the window.

Bed were so comfortable! Front desk personnel was very nice. Wished I could give better reviews.

very disappointed with the fitness room! Only a few machines we’re working! The fitness room was very HOT! There was no air conditioning! Reported this to multiple managers and nothing was done. not safe to exercise in that room! The breakfast was good one day and basically nothing the second day.

It close to restaurants and shopping. Easy on & off major highways, lots of parking. Plenty of cold water in breakfast room.

The shower didn’t drain properly - I ended up showering in water that was pooled half-way up my calves. Complained about it to the front desk, they assured us maintenance would fix it (and confirmed it had been fixed upon our return) - it still didn’t drain the next day. The a/c barely worked and it was 85° weather and humid. The room smelled damp. The whole place smelled strongly of curry - I like Indian food, but this was way over the top. some of the towels were stained.

It was central to the places we were visiting.
