Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Asst. Gen. Mgr. Bennett was very gracious, and his customer-service abilities are keen & genuine. The antique stairwell and the mezzanine are very inviting, comfortable touches.

United StatesThe breakfast could use a little more variety, although it could be because there was probably less than 10 people staying there. The hotel was great. Now for booking.com not to happy with them.. Charged us one price then once to hotel it was another. Even after I said what accommodations we needed for the dogs.
The room was the perfect size for my husband and I plus two small dogs. As for the bed it was very comfortable and it was exceptionally clean. The staff was very nice. I want to give a personal thanks to Tony. Which helped us out tremendously, got our room ready about an hour early when in fact he did not have to do that.

United StatesThe pool is next to the roadway so it’s a little loud out there. Breakfast was limited was still had several options available. Bed was a little hard and uncomfortable but lots of pillows.
We booked here because Galveston was too expensive. Not a bad drive to Our activities in Galveston and Kemah. Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was a little hard. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. I was happy they actually came in daily to make up the room. Several hotels I’ve stayed at lately have postponed this service. Pool area was clean and pleasant.

United StatesHad a bad experience with billing. I stayed for 2 nights and they tried to scam me by charging me for an additional day. When I called their manager (Anna?) she said that it was the third party mistake. I explained her that all details led to the error having been occurred due to hotel’s accounting software, but she wouldn’t budge. She just kept blaming the third party (Booking.com) for mistakenly making a reservation for an additional day. They tried to hold on my funds for as long as possible, despite the overwhelming evidence. I have been using Booking app for 8 years and I worked as a hotel night auditor for 3 years, and I have a very clear picture of how a well groomed hotel accounting system should work. None of these seemed to help convincing her! Amenities are Ok, but not in line with a hotel of this rating. My advice: Stay out!!

United StatesOur room A/C was broken and they didn't offer to give us a different room. We checked in at 10:30 pm after a 15 hour drive and the room was 84 degrees. The A/C unit was blowing hot air. We were told they were booked and didn't have another room available. Very unhappy but didn't want to sleep in Car after that long drive. ...Never again. P.s. all the nearby motels were also full. It was a cruise weekend .

United StatesI was on night shift and required an early check in which I asked for when booking. Never got a response from the hotel. Went in on checking day and was greeted by a rude receptionist and told me I couldn’t check in after working a 13 hr shift. Facility was not able to give me room even though the parking lot looked empty. Was told by employee I had an attitude. We’ll try working for that long and coming to the hotel I booked for a week and them not being able to accommodate my needs. Simply ridiculous. No hospitality or common sense. I doubt they didn’t have 1 room to give me , definitely will not be booking or staying there in the future.
