The noise outside in the morning coming from traffic and neighbours of the hotel rooms were a bit noisy when waking up a few times early in the morning! Also there were no safe lockers in the rooms as this hotel doesn’t have them which they should ideally to keep Passports and valuables safe as I’ve been putting my stuff including my passport locked in my suitcase in my room during my stay which was a risk as if my room was broken into and my passport gone, then how I’m meant to get home!

The thing I like the property was the location that is around the corner of the walk of fame and many shops and foods near by and also the bus stop just outside the hotel going direct to Beverly Hills and Westwood UCLA! Bed were comfortable, room wasn’t bad at all! WiFi was perfect!

it’s a hit or miss when I book here with customer service. some times I am asked to pay a security deposit. Also I’ve stayed here twice with the AC unit not functioning properly.

Sometimes the price is just right.

I dislike that it was beyond noisey. Next door neighbors yelling all night (possibly having a party) a lot of loud banging. Rooms where clearly not sound proof I could hear EVERYTHING happening next door and outside. A lot of sirens. Bed was uncomfortable, room was semi clean. My room was very outdated. Window in the bathroom didn’t work & was creepy. A lot of weird stains on the walls. The remote control was broken. No breakfast even though it said they offered some. My restroom & closet door also didn’t work. Plus my room door was loose someone could have easily opened it.

I liked the location of the property it was close to everything.

My room smelled like cigarettes the first time I walked in considering they had told me they’d charge me a 100 fee if there was smoking in the room.

The room I stayed in with my girlfriend was alright. It had multiple little chips in the wall, the closet door looked like it was breaking from the hinge to open and close it, the lamp inside the closet was torn apart, the screen on the window is broken on the top, and the fire alarm was not plugged in/ attached to the wall

The location of the hotel is a nice little parking lot with several cars that leave a space between each car! There’s 3 stories and the building is nice with an elevator! Other than what I said below the ac was great, and the storage was great!!

The facilities were outdated. The hotel is in a neighborhood I wouldn’t recommend for families with small children.

Good value, room was very clean, bed was comfy, close to universal studios/Hollywood walk of fame and other attractions. Walking distance to lots of things. Worth the value and convenience considering the parking/traffic nightmare of Hollywood.

It’s a motel, it’s kinda sketchy looking. not the cleanest and is run down looking. But it’s just a place to sleep. It’s right on sunset boulevard and it’s not the safest at night I heard. A lot of homeless around the area as well.

After giving it a chance I felt safe being in the motel.

The room smell really strong, smell like cigarettes mixed with a floral perfume. The rest is all good. I also had a problem with staff, they charged me in cash, when I went to get my deposit back i found out they guy charged me twice, in cash and on my card. But they gave me my money back!

The hotel has a good location, it’s clean, and the bed is comfortable.

The homeless is every where . As we was on the phone in our car we watched a man carry two syringes into his room with black stuff in them. At this point we realized Thai wasn’t the place that we wanted to stay. The homeless will follow you into the parking lot yelling at you and cussing. The pool is not open and the guy at the window was rude and seemed to hate his job.

The room was clean for the most part. It’s right down the road to IHop and lots of places to eat.

Parking spaces were small. Rugs were disgustingly dirty. Smoke detector was just for decoration and had nasty sticky substance. Walls and doors dirty.

Nothing in particular. Budget hotel, so you get what you pay for but we were very happy with the room.

Clean and comfortable room a at great price. Central location to walk Hollywood BLD and includes parking.

The beds and pillows were unbelievably uncomfortable. I never imagined beds as thin as this or pillows as flat and stiff could ever exist.

Great location, close to a lot of things, or at least close to places I needed to be. However, even though it’s close to a lot of things, the exact location of the hotel is slightly questionable

Dusk Hotel has the best customer service... family owned and the staff here is exceptional. I have an ADA Disability and The Dusk Hotel has accommodated my needs beyond expectation.
