Uncomfortable beds bathroom small and looked dirty

The hotel is rather worn and faded, but clean. Mostly, it was a great value.

We liked the location and it's proximity to the Clearwater - St. Petersburg Airport.

The bathtub drain thing was covered it was a hole in the wall. The carpet was gross.

Lack of breakfast clean room they only clean when you arrive and after you leave, no daily cleaning

Room was better than previous stay. Floor still not totally clean. This is an older hotel. Price was fair but a little high for quality. No breakfast. But great location

I did not like the smell. Behind the old musk oder, there was a lemon smell. As if something was done to fix the smell, but it did not fix the smell. I did not like how the room needed a detail cleaning. The floors felt like they had an oil film on them. The room needed something to help it feel fresh. Change those mattresses out.

I really liked the price. The room reflected the price. I wasn’t expecting the best room, but it wasn’t the worst. The location is a good distance between downtown business and ocean activities. Felt safe.

The renovations left everything looking half done. The room was obviously still being worked on because it certainly would not be left like that. The elevators were broken and the complimentary coffee was a pot full of grounds. Even the kind staff couldn't make up for the way the hotel was presented. I chalk up the experience as getting a reduced deal gave us a reduced experience.

I like that the beds were new, they were very comfortable. They supplied plenty of toiletries. The staff was nice and tried to help as much as they could.

the rooms are outdated and the beds aren’t that comfortable. it was a good price though . I didn’t see any bed bugs or roaches . McDonald , Taco Bell , papa johns and the vape store are right beside the hotel I loved that

The room. There was no in room coffee no in room phone. TV didn't work, I had to reprogram it myself. Hotel is definitely basic no frills. Could use ALOT of work. The towel bars were rusty, shower head had build up of who knows what.

The rooms looked like they had been underwater from a flood and all of us were concerned about parking in the rear of the building. Chairs at the desks were very dirty, the dressers and lamps were very distressed...................the 5 of us got up early and left....................................

Would of been nice to have queen beds over full beds with new mattress. The mattress felt old and you could feel the springs in it when you moved around they slept ok but not the best. Needed new print job, but saw painter starting to work on it. Room was clean, but cleaning staff needed to use less cleaning products on the floor and make sure they mop it up good, because it was to slick.

Our first rooms were dirty, took 5 keys to find 2 clean rooms and later my son told me he just cleaned the bathroom himself in the room he finally chose, because the main bedroom looked clean. All the beds were squeaky. Pool closed at sunset, 8pm!?! No coffee maker in rooms or premade coffee in reception area. You could purchase a keurig pod for $3? Chose to walk to McDonald’s.

Outside, reception, and pool area were all clean and well maintained. LVT on floors in rooms. Price was good, especially during Spring Break week.

It was very obvious that this hotel is in a renovation program and that the previous owners did not take care of the property. I think the current owners should have completed the renovation before opening or should have closed off sections for renovation. The room did not have a telephone. I checked with the front desk and learned that none of the rooms have phones because very few of them worked when they bought the property. They said that they checked with Florida state law and it is permissible to not have phones because "everyone" has a cell phone. I didn't like that answer.
