The lady at the front desk at check in was rude! The other staff were great. The toilet ran constantly but I just closed the door. The curtains were old and broken but I pulled the together and made it work. Tv didn't work could've been the batteries. Fridge leaked. It was supposed to be smoke free but there was a cigarette butt in the shower drain and in the trash can when I gathered trash checking out.

A cozy little room for the price. We just slept here mainly stayed at the beach. Nice pool area!

Very outdated and the only place we encountered a cockroach in our room. Toured round Florida for 2 weeks n unfortunately this was our worst stay.

The pool area was pretty, although I do think some Caribbean or Island music and so pretty lights would make this area even prettier. (Just a suggestion) The beds were very uncomfortable and you heard every movement that was made. I was pretty itchy through the night too. I woke up with shoulder pain, back pain and a hellacious headache. The price I paid for the room was about $70 so I believe I got what I paid for I just wish I would of gotten a better night sleep.

.The bath room was discussing. The floor was sticky and nasty.The floor in main room was the same. I was afraid my feet would stick to the floor. Didn't want to take my shoes off . The room smelled dirty and very humid. The pictures of the room on booking.com doesn't match the way the rooms actually are. Tile in the bathtub looked terrible. Had been patched with something that didn't even go with what was already there, looked old. deception of your pictures compared to what your rooms are actually like, they are run down and falling apart.

The front desk lady was very helpful when I checked in.

The rooms were never cleaned while one is in the room. They call it "Green Housekeeping" it's just a way of cutting costs for them. The beds were squeaky and not very comfortable

The description said they had on site restaurant and coffee in lobby. They had neither. Air conditioning didn’t seem to work very well, humidity in the room made the floor feel damp and slippery. Large room, could have used a comfy chair but only bed and straight back chair to sit in. Needed a paint job and general fixing up.

The location is key. If you are staying the night to fly in or out of St Pete airport, it is literally across the street.

Needed the room to work: no work desk and chair as advertised (had to work from bed with the ironing board as a desk) no coffee maker as advertised and half the time I went downstairs for coffee, it was out and on one occasion concierge was behind the desk sleeping; television would not hold a connection; toilet would only flush if handle was held down for 10 seconds or more (and then, maybe); toilet seat loose; stayed for six days and no maid service at all during those six days - had to provide my own trash bags); room was set right in the middle of on-going construction (I understand the need for remodeling, but at the very least, I could have been informed prior to check-in that work would be going on in my area and been given the opportunity for a better room); no vending machines - asking $3 for a 12-oz. can of Coke ... really?

Very uncomfortable bed, saggy mattress, old towels, a very unfriendly and unpleasant lady at the front desk but there was an African American lady there as well who was very nice ,pleasant and very helpful. My reservation was all messed up the hotel had started charging me a day before my arrival and the blame Booking.com so I had to pay for a night that I wasn’t there. No coke machine but they sell cans from front desk at $3 per can

Smell of hallways and room smelt like mold, looked old and dirty, felt uncomfortable to sleep or stay wanted to leave during the night. Floors were sticky felt kinda wet. Staff was half and half pleasant and a little agrevated to be there, pictures on net are very miss leading in looks and cleanliness, expected more got less for my money, no recommendations, no return visit.

The cable service is ridiculous .Limited channels ,no TV guide and no local channels.A can of soda from the café $3.20.A can of soda cost less in a club.

Curtains in the room were in very poor condition and would not close properly. Lighting in the room was minimal with only bedside lamp and tiny desk lamp that did not light the room. The office chair was in very poor condition as well.
