when i checked in i was really tired just wanted to just rest. When i went to my room i cut the heat on and i understand you have to wait for it to wrm up. so i showered. i went ot brush my teeth the water in the sink never got warm and was stopped up. so i just laid down. i said i will just give it time. over in the niht the room never got warm. I looked and the window was broke. i said i will telll them whe i check out because i was tired and didn't feel like going back downstairs. i ask to speak to manger that morning he was so rude. he said he would move me to another room well it was tie to check out and go to work. why would i want to change rooms when i am leaving. i said sir i am leaving to go to work why would i be changing rooms. That was the worst service ever especially for a manger and to a Veteran.

The young lady that check me in was so helpful and respectful. she went the extra mile to help me get checked in and get my discount.

When we stepped off of the elevator to our floor it immediately smelled like weed, I normally wouldn’t have cared but being pregnant this distressed me. It was in our room all night. Made it hard to sleep.

The young man at the front desk was very delightful and polite. That’s all we enjoyed

We were put in Room 212. It’s smelt so discussing (Throwup) . We were having to move at after 9 at night . No I’m sorry or discount . First off the room should have never been allowed to be rented out. It’s more than obvious that the owners / management didn’t give a crap. It’s states on a sticker on the mirror bathroom Housekeeping upon request! Well why we were gone for a few hours housekeeping decided they would go in our room which we Didn’t request and Housekeeping broke my moms mirror . No one told me they broke it. I found out when I went to use it and picked it up the opposite side was all shattered into pieces. I then went and spoke to the owner and explained to him what happen and he didn’t give a crap. It’s the sentimental value for me irreplaceable. Karma will come and bite them where the sun doesn’t shine .

The hotel is run down with poor maid service. We had a door handle come off, the wall lamp came off the wall and the toilet overflowed. None of the room supplies were replaced when used up and we had to get toilet paper, soap, clean sheets, and towels from the front desk. There were two guests who were drinking beer and smoking weed at the pool while our children used the pool.

Bathroom was not clean and had yellow drip stains coming down the door and shower attachment leaked. Not enough towels in the room and only cleaned and replaced towels every 3 days.

It was very disappointing.Very few items to eat and yogurt was expired by 5 days

The room was hot upon check in, but once I turned on the AC it was comfortable.

Location is near major highway and shopping. It's very quiet with a friendly environment.

the carpet in the room was worn and stained. policy dictates that the rooms are not cleaned until after day 3 of your stay, no fresh towels delivered nor beds made during a 2 day stay, didn’t appreciate that. also, there was no place to get beverages or a snack on premises

- well maintained landscape. - outside is very clean, no garbage anywhere - the complimentary breakfast was good

Clean, good location. TV wasn’t working, man at front desk went above and beyond trying to get it to work even offered to move us to a different room. No hotel employee has ever gone out of their way like that.

Tattered and Torn US and State flags outside. Bathroom shower head was loose going through the wall.
