The fitness center is small and I’ve of the three machines was broken. Clock didn’t work . No wipes

Breakfast was good but crowded between 8 and 9 am. Was able to swim at 7 am as the pool was empty then.

We had a handicap room (135) in the bathroom, it needed more light in it. Looked like someone had removed the center light in the bathroom, it was very dark in the shower. Only light was over the sink in the bathroom. All we requested was a king size bed, NOT A HANDICAP ROOM, if it was all they had left let the customer know it is a handicap room.

It had a large selection of food to eat very also it was very clean. I would highly recommend breakfast.

There were some teens unsupervised that kept us up all night Saturday night, there were next to us and so loud, banging on walls, etc. I had to ask for extra toilet paper & towels, I understand not cleaning as often unless you ask for housekeeping, but leave extra toilet paper & towels if you know someone is booked for more than one night.

In our case, the room was not really cleaned well. Wait baskets still had debris inside, under the trash bags. The skirts on the beds were badly stained. The ADA bathroom was not very ADA friendly. The shower knobs were out of reach from the shower bench. The button to turn on the handheld shower head was located at the very top of the wall mounted shower head, so it was impossible for a wheelchair bound guest to access. The floor of the shower was lined with some type of adhesive liner, but it was very slippery (my wife actually slipped and fell in the shower), and the edges were lifted up, so debris was building up underneath. Yuck. The center bedside table was not cleaned well. There was what looked like ketchup smeared on the outside base of the room's front door (I bet it's still there). The hotel had no extra towels (they were fully booked but they knew that would be the case beforehand). The beds were too high for a wheelchair bound person such as me to access easily. To be fair, most of the other ADA rooms in other hotels that I've stayed at have the same very tall beds. Still, it doesn't make sense. We didn't ask for or expect it, but the manager discounted our room rate $50 foe each night of our stay. I must say, all of the staff was GREAT. The lady who set up and managed the breakfast area was especially helpful and competent. She should be commended, and I suggest she should get a raise. If I were a local business owner, I would try to hire her away to come work for me. Because of the staff, we left happy and would stay there again.

Sink had no hot water and the cold water was really cold. For the price we paid, I don’t understand why the hot water was turned off. A typical hotel barely mediocre continental breakfast.

The hotel was accommodating with my unusual travel schedule and was gracious enough to extend my check-out time when I caught a flat on my way back home. Modern furniture and fairly recent hotel updates.

Waffles did not turn out well and not all items were stocked. A butter spray could be provided to keep waffles from sticking to the waffle iron. I also think the waffle iron is over heating.

Thank you for complimentary breakfast! Sausages and pastries were yummy. It was great to have a variety of things to choose from.
