Our room had bed bugs. We didn't notice the bites until we got home. I contacted the hotel and the manager hung up on me after saying that we should have said something during the stay ( we were there one night and left in the morning). I tried calling back several times but no one would answer. Through booking.com I requested confirmation that the room had been inspected and was free of bed bugs. If the manager responds to this very reasonable request, I will remove this negative review.

The pool was dirty and that was the main reason I booked the hotel. The rooms need a deep clean and the bathrooms remodeled. Smelled damp.

The beds were comfortable. There was a fridge and microwave in the room. The breakfast options were not bad and the coffee was GREAT.

I did not like the lightening in the bathroom over the sink. I wish it was a bit brighter, more vibrant. The lights were pretty dimmed. I like the lights in the actual room. They were definitely brighter and better.

I liked that bed was big and comfy. I asked the staff for more towels and they gave me way more than I expected to get. The hotel was in a great location. It was quiet and I felt completely safe and sound.

This hotel is a nightmare,it looks nice on the outside but the inside is horrible. It stinks like cigarettes,the lights in the hallway blink like if it was a scary movie. AC was not working so room was sticky from the humidity and bed was super uncomfortable. The carpet in the room and hallways were ripped off and stained and smelled bad.The toilet had to be flushed 3 times in able for urine to go away and the toilet paper holder was rusty and bathroom door was very old and peeling around it. The patio screen and the patio lock on the door was broken. There were stains everywhere like paint or nail polish.The receptionist was very rude and unprofessional,he yelled at me and at my husband just for reporting someone that was smoking in the property and when asked about the manager,he got very defensive and called me a liar.

Overpriced for the facilities and cleanliness. Shower ceiling leaking. Not enough towels. Toilet horrible and backed up first time used. Carpet smelled. Blankets had hair and spots. AC was super loud. All Doors hard to open.

Staff was nice. Check in and check out but waited about 5-10 minutes to check out due to front desk person possibly getting breakfast ready.

people was having sex in the staircase and my daughter saw it and it scared her. The owner was rude and made a racial comment to us and we left and we will never be back

Hotel lobby was very clean and presentable. Once you leave the lobby to walk to get to your room it's like you're in a different hotel. Hallways were filthy carpet looked and smelled dirty. Weed smell was very noticeable. The elevator was really dirty hotel room carpet was really nasty nothing was wiped down the sheets had little stains on them. The beds were comfy but that was all the good. The patio door had all types of hand prints and dirt marks up and down it. Bathroom had hair all in the tub on the floor ceiling was growing mold and the side of the tub was leaking water so it was also growing mold. We had to keep towels down so the water couldn't run everywhere. This is a 1 star hotel if you're traveling with family or need a clean nice place to enjoy this is not it. This is one if the nastiest hotels we've stayed in, in a while spend your money elsewhere.
