The pool area was messy, and there were no towels. Kids walking around with no shoes on from pool wetting up the floors. They were in the breakfast area with no shoes on as well. The host of parties should pay more attention to kids' actions.

Breakfast accomindations, great options. My favorite was the juice options. I also enjoyed the Zacuzzi, which is great for muscle therapy.

There were odds and ends of things that I wasn’t too happy with (pool was cloudy, they were constantly out of items for breakfast, room a bit dirty…), but I would have ignored it … except our final night at the hotel there were kids running up and down the hallway playing and screaming until after 2am. We gave it until midnight and then called down to the front desk… multiple times… the staff said they were “looking into it” but nothing changed. After that, the front desk just stopped answering the phone. Then in the morning I called down and asked for a later checkout since we were up half the night from the kids screaming and I was told that they were booked and would not allow a later checkout or anything. The staff at the hotel really needs to learn effective ways to handle difficult and disrespectful guests that disrupt everyone around them (the night staff told us that we were not the only people to call and complain).

The room size and comfort was fantastic - especially for the price.

Big spot on floor, spots on Jacuzzi, pre used toilet paper.

The location great. Workers customer service nice. Management needs help with her facial expressions and greeting customers. But entrance of hotel very nice. My rented Bed room area ok. But when you walk in the room you're greeted with a huge red spot in the rug ( you don't know if you came a little early after the murder scene and the manager acted as of that was a great extra to have.. brown spot on the Jacuzzi so that was not used. Pre used toilet tissue in bathroom, spots on the wall and roof. But other than that the entrance of lobby was very nice.

The building was a bit run down in the common areas. The top sheets on the bed had some stains and the window curtain had mildew. There were some crumbs on the floor in the room and the desk chair was very worn and tattered. The toilet in the room was difficult to operate because the flush lever was broken. There were burn marks under the bathroom mirror. The hallway was smoky.

The room was affordable and the staff was nice. The breakfast wasn’t terrible.

The room (236) smelled horrible (like really bad cumin). We did not complain as we just got use to the smell and figured all the rooms smelled. At least the bed was comfy.

The girl at the front desk was a lot nicer than the Comfort in we accidently went to first (Michigan Ave).

Did not provide housekeeping (even after 3 nights as stated on signage), HVAC unit had a moldy smell, ice maker and hot tub out of order during our stay. Pricing was also misleading and incomplete.

My 1st room smelled of smoke and it was bad they gave me a new room it smelled bad also but they gave me spray helped a little. The carpets in the hotel were very dirty and stained. We didn’t get towels on the second day we had to ask for towels. They had dirty buckets around and the cleaning staff seemed unorganized.

Front desk staff was very nice and helpful.

The Comfort Inn was in the perfect location for a visit to Greenfield Village. The breakfast was an average hotel breakfast. There were eggs, sausage, make your own waffles, cereal options, and breads to toast.

Not really the fault of the hotel but, the pool is placed in an odd place so the elevator area is always soaking wet and reeks of chlorine. At least you know the pool is clean though!!
