All common areas had this odd, foul stink to them…the lobby, hallways, elevator, front entrance. All the tile in the elevator was broken and cracked and moves under your feet. Hallways were near 80 degrees. The carpet is stained and dirty and not secured to the floor at tile/carpet transitions. The AC in the room and upstairs common areas struggled to say the least . Had to set it on 60 to get the room temperature below 75. The unit said the temp was 64, but it was still above 70. They were power washing paint off of the sidewalks and it was all over everything, including my truck which was 20 feet from the sidewalk they were power washing. Moved my truck to the back fence to solve the problem. I’ve never been displeased with a stay at any Comfort Inn, til this one.

Pretty easily accessible, easy access to the interstate, the room itself was pretty clean. The staff were all super nice, courteous, and respectful.

I didn't appreciate a lady that was staying there approached me aggressively during her rant at the front desk. Emlpoyee told me authorities were already called but had no control over the lady being aggressive threatening me. Wish I could have at least been comp'd or gotten a discount for one of the days during my stay.

Nothing in the room worked, the TV didn't turn on, the phone to call the front office was not working. The iron didn't work and the shower didn't drain well.

The left side of the building was all demolished the girl up front said they had had a fire on one end of the building it had the windows completely torn out.. looks rough on the left side.. was kind of scared to park close to the building.

The room was beautiful. However shear curtains with lots of light. And a lot of noise from the highway. I would have stay if the windows blocked out more noise. And if they had curtains that wasn’t shear only and that could block out the sound and light.

Phone and clock in room did not work. Luggage cart had flat tire(s). They use lyft for airport pickup, app couldn't show correct pickup location. Lyft driver refused to pick us up and hung up on me. Had to pay for taxi ride to hotel.

After I checked out after three days. Someone was trying to run my debut card for multiple amounts and when I called to ask who and why I was left on hold and no one ever came to answer the phone, also from being there for three days I am sure that the front desk was not exceptionally busy to where no one could answer the phone

For breakfast, I would have liked some fruit options. The bed I slept in wasn't as clean as I hoped, I noticed spots on the bed and what looked a possible bed bug. NATE was so helpful though! You rock NATE!

Hotel was a little run down. Smelled a little dirty in the hallways and lobby with strong, cheap air freshenr to cover it up. Never finished repair projects could be seen all around.

Staff was very friendly. Location felt safe for a solo female traveler.
