I think they need to pay more attention to the cleaning. Room was not clean at all. They had garbage below the bed or behind drawers, dust everywhere. It seems like they cleaned it just to look clean at first sight. Anyways room requires DEEP cleaning (couch, carpet). Sheets were kinda clean but with the stains all over it. luckily I always bring my own pillow cases just in case so I could sleep well if something like this happens..

The location is pretty good, but Dallas is not so big so whenever you stay it is fine because you can get to whenever you want in 10-15min by your car. Breakfast is fine. Room was fine.

There is not anything to dislike...from the kind and smiling faces of the staff, to the beautiful view from my bedroom. I spend a lot of time in hotels. My biggest surprise was a front desk supervisor or manager...well he should be, that is multi-lingual. It says Comfort Inn has a desire to communicate with all people!! You probably would need to leave the country to witness a greeting as such. The only negative is the hotel is older and smaller than most chains...but so much value.

I love the quietness of the hotel. I love the location...great for business.

I think the rooms need an update. Also, there was only one hot breakfast offered when it was advertised there would be options.

The room was nice and big! Staff was so pleasant. And we liked the location.

First let me start with it took over 1.5 hours to get a ride from the airport to the Hotel. They had to book at least 5 Uber rides before i finally received a ride. The desk clerk was not the most inviting person and definitely was not very pleasant each time that I had to call for a ride, he need to better trained in dealing with a customer. After arriving I went to my room only to find that the air-conditioner in the room was extremely noisy. Glad I only stayed 1 night.

The hotel was nice and the room was comfortable and the sack breakfast was OK.

The shuttle service wasnt on the booking. After calling on arrival to Dallas was told the shuttle service ended for the evening. Was told to get an Uber but no help getting it figured out never taken an uber before. The Uber driver was great.

I did not like the mini sausage biscuits. Bring back the waffles.

I woke up to a bug,I'm not really sure what bedbugs look like but yea it was in the bed,also blanket n sheets look a little dingy,and maybe a backup generator for when the power goes out,there was no power for bout an hour or so

It was convenient for the moment and close to the hospital that I was visiting

I loved that it was 10mts away from the airport. The price was great keeping in mind the distance from airport and good quality of our room. The room looked and felt clean.Great beds and bathroom. Also great to leave your car at their parking lot while you're out on a trip

The bathtub was a little clogged, water was not draining very well. And there was no fan in the bathroom, so the steam stayed for a while

They canceled my room because of my credit card company wouldn't allow a charge .. I had to call the credit card company to release my payment they had to re assign me a room ... they had one room left it was a king size..

They were able to give me a king-size room at the last minute..

Our coffee pot didn't work and some of the other things they had listed as amenities were out of order.

The staff was accommodating and super sweet. Loved staying because of them alone.

The lady that checked me in was so nice! The hotel was clean and comfortable... A little run down but not bad. I would stay here again. Good location, close to a lot of things.
