The staff here is exceptional. Friendly and helpful. Shout out to Ramona at the front desk! Our room was on the front across the street from a loud bar, and Ramona quickly moved us to a very quiet, cute room in the back. So quiet! Breakfast is good, staff great. Our room and bed was cozy.

The grab and go breakfast was wonderful and the waitress behind the bar was a breathe of fresh air. She was very attentive as she could be. The hotel really took all the necessary precautions and still made it feel like home.

I enjoyed the location and how close everything was. The valet was AMAZING and the front desk staff was exceptional. This was my first time in New Orleans and I am anxious to come back.

The parking was valet parking and it was expensive. We were there for less than 24 hours and they told us that no matter what we have to pay for 24 hour fee for the parking. The view from our hotel room was in to a building wall. It was very dark even in the morning. Just heads up for people who expect to have some view.

The location was great. It was a short walk to the Bourbon street and the French Corner. The room was spacious with comfortable bed. Shower was nice and the water was so warm and relaxing. Breakfast was good too.

Parking is a pain because it's pricey and only valet. When we checked out we needed to have our car by 9 am so we called down to request it at 8:30 am. We were all in the lobby waiting to load and get to a reserved tour south of the city. 9 am and still no car. Hubby had to ask and they called again and said they had no record of a request to get that car. Luckily they were able to get our car to us by 9:20 and we speed to our tour and got there right on time.

The staff was very friendly upon arrival. Because of COVID we found out once we checked in that there would be no housekeeping of the room during our stay. That was ok but we were staying for 3 nights and only had one small shampoo and conditioner in the room when we got in there. Luckily I had brought my own. We had a family of 4 and there were only 3 towels. Luckily, I called to the front desk and they had someone bring us up more. Also lucky that we had a trash can near the elevator so that we could at least dump our trash during our stay. Not something you plan for on vacation BUT because of covid it is what it is. Parking is a little pricy but we know that's what it is like at any downtown location. The "to-go" breakfast was really great. They had lots of choices for you and everything we ate was good. Appreciated how sweet and friendly the staff was too. And they had no problem bagging it up so I could take up to my sleepy teenagers! : )

The location was amazing. Seriously so close to everything!!!!! I absolutely loved the room! It was very nice, clean, the shower had great pressure and the bed was perfect!!! I would have to say this just so everyone can be informed, post Covid the breakfast that is offered is not the same as in the pictures. They offer the package muffins, danish, Jimmy dean breakfast sandwich, yogurt and juice. You can not self serve, there is a lady behind the counter you order from. She was very kind though!!!! I would also like to add that you will have to pay for parking. The hotel does provide a service but it is 34 dollars a day!!!! The closest parking garage was about 20 dollars a day. Just something to consider as you'll analyze the price for your trip. Overall it was a great value and I would give it a 8!!!!!!!

Hotel infrastructure is very old. Carpet n rooms are bit dirty n not remodeled. Every thing at hotel looks very cheap.

There was nothing not to like

Breakfast was hot and very good yogurt bar was pretty cool my wife enjoyed that, bed was super good, very clean bathroom, mega plus it was close to every where we needed to be
