We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesYour check in is 4pm and your check-out is 11am. They are taking away 5 hours from our staying. I believe this should be completely illegal. If you have a hotel with parking it is gold in NJ area. This hotel instead of take advantage of their space, they gave the administration to a third party company! They charge $20/night (now you rate went up) and (believe or not) if you leave the hotel you have to pay extra charge for it upon your return. Crazy!!!

IsraelA bit out of the way if you wish to visit NYC. Need a local drive to Newark Penn. Also, a complimentary shuttle from Newark airport was not provided. We called a number that was not answered. Upon arrival, we learned that their lines were down. Their is no designated space at the airport for this hotel's shuttle. The showers were okay but not impeccably clean.
New room, very spacious and comfortable. Excellent staff.

Very nice hotel. Plenty of spaces to lounge and chill if you don't want to stay in your room. Breakfast was good and the dining / lounge area is very nice. The room was spacious and comfortable.

United StatesThe airport shuttle does not pick up where the others do. Pick up is outside baggage claim - go to the hotel website for directions. Do not take the AirTrain and follow signs to hotel pickup. Very very confusing. Breakfast doesn't start until 7am, so useless for those with early flights.

The shuttle is NOT with the other hotel shuttles! It is terminal C, far left side when walking out of terminal. Hotel is new. Clean and modern. Comfortable bed. One of few airport hotels with restaurant serving until 10pm.

United StatesThe windows had shades but real curtains would be helpful in the sunny mornings. A small shelf in the shower for toiletries would be helpful.
Excellnt stay. Beautiful new facility. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were so clean and comfortable. The gated lot lent to a feeling of safety with security in the lobby also. The bar on the 9th floor was delightful. Hani the bartender was excellent and the view of Manhattan was beautiful. The small touches like slippers provided in the room , fresh fruited and fold water in the lobby and outlets on yhe benches in the dining area were great.
