Room was clean but spots on floor. Super bright lights in parking lot made it hard to sleep but made I understand that. Biscuits at breakfast were cold. You could tell they were straight out of the fridge/freezer. Elevator is a little scary moves very slow and makes a lot of noise To be honest, I would be scared to let any of my children sleep on the fold out couch. I don’t think the couch and chair in my room or ever cleaned. I wiped everything down and was actually scared to sit on it without a blanket covering the chair.

There was a good choice for breakfast. Room was clean on appearance. For a single person stay I had the king with a living room. The layout was nice of the room. The room was quiet.

The staff was amazing. They greeted us at the door. They told us about the surrounding area and printed out cruise tickets for us! Great customer service!

It was a good stay

The stay here was very good. The room was very clean, modern, and spacious. The housekeeping Staff and front desk was very helpful. The breakfast was good, and the layout of the hotel is very nice. At the time of this review there is some road construction near by, but it didn't effect the quality of stay in any way. The beds are your typical hotel beds,comfortable enough to get rest in after the long drive on the road, but not meant to sleep in  for 12 hours. I wouldn't give that a bad point towards the overall confort because all hotel bed feel like that. If you're a person who likes a medium hard bed then this is a good thing. I'm a medium soft bed person that understands what I'm get when i book the hotel as far as bedding is concerned.

Apple Maps routed me from across town to behind a McDonald’s in the dark and told me a fenced off dirt lot was the parking. finding my way around to the front in the dark to the small lighted parking was difficult.

It wasn’t as clean as I expected it to be. Finding hair from the previous occupant over the furniture in the common areas and in the bathroom was disgusting. Housekeeping did a very poor job of cleaning. I wiped the tables down inside of the room due to finding hair on them and where I wiped, the cloth was very dirty!

The chaps running ALLLLLLLL NIGHT above me! Price gouging! A 225 dollar deposit not mentioned on booking. I also didn’t like that my water in the tub didn’t go down. Never again. Certain people can accept that filth because they use to trailers but not this black queen.

Was charged extra fees from booking online. And another $25 fee from the hotel after I had booked and the room was non-refundable.

I did not like that I had to move to 3 rooms before I "settled" for a room. I did not like the desk chairs in 2 of the rooms. They were are peely and I just did not want to touch them. I did not like that I requested to be towards an end and to not be where there will be minimal noise. Well, the 1st room that I deemed undercover dirty was pretty much the 2nd door off the elevator, the 2nd room that was absolutely not clean was right near the ice machine, the 3rd room that I accepted because I was simply tired of going back and forth, was up above the 1st room....correct, also 2nd door off the elevator. The first night of my stay, in the 3rd room that I accepted, I was next door to what I believe was 3 older guys staying together. They came in about 11:30pm and woke me up with loud talking and some cuss words. This went on for about 45minutes. I finally got back to sleep about 2hours later. I did speak to a manager on duty the next morning who apologized and was going to create a choice membership for me and award points after I asked to be compensated somehow. Well, it's been 3 days and I haven't even received an email. I'm pretty sure after the phone call, it was forgotten about. I am not the type of person that pays for something that did not meet expectation, so something has to be done! Listed are just a few photo's, that does not include a spider running down the dirty bed-skirt, and spotted carpet in 2 of the rooms. I am not a fan of seeing spots stuck to furniture or fabric, how I know this is not bodily fluids or dried snot!!!? It's just not my thang! NO THANKS!

I love the location and the breakfast was better than continental.
