You can tell it’s old. We had towels that had stains and the shower curtain was torn. Old bed sheets. The breakfast was not good. The juice machine was out. The lady that cleaned looked annoyed every time she passed by and just stared at my husband and kids.

It was quiet the first two nights we stayed.

Keep breakfast warmer and check on water in shower. Since there was another business next door, parking was a little confusing.

The location was okay once I figured it out. The sink water was hot. The shower water was lukewarm. Couldn’t figure that out. The breakfast looked appealing but was cold. Bacon, eggs and potatoes were cold! I loved the blackout curtains!!!!

No fresh fruit with free breakfast which was very good. Very friendly front desk clerks. Outdoor by entrance could use a park bench.

Was very comfortable beds but remodeling going in on main floor. Pool clean and enough to do exercise in it😊Just need a jacuzzi.

Carpeting taped over in small section of hallway by our room. Looked like may have had water damage but was loose enough to be tripping hazard if not careful. Otherwise we had a good stay there.

Upon check in the clerk Required we pay a $100 deposit in addition to our room . She had a credit card that we gave for payment, why an additional deposit? If anything was charged to room, the credit card could be charged. Besides there was not a bar or restaurant in the hotel!!!! What could possibly be charged to room? Upon checkout, the clerk went to check our rooms before she gave our deposits back!! We are senior citizens & have traveled all over this country & have Never had that happen!

room keys had to be changed and did not work when needed. I stayed for 28 days, needed 9 changes of keys. They were doing construction, noise and not advising this was going to happen. Last day, no hot water, when I asked response was basically too bad. Had room moved, but had to ask when, not advised nor looked after. Very poor customer service. Staying for a month and no visitors allowed! Hello!

When they had hot coffee, bacon and cooked potatoes. Ladies cleaning room did good work. Close to outside facilities such as restaurants and stores. Lady who is manager of cleaning staff is excellent and cares about everything.

didn’t need a room for handicap shower was a bit worn and chair took up room. a few plugins didn’t work. one light was not working lots of noise outside because of location near front door.

The room had broken tiles in the shower. The bathroom door was really hard to close. There was stains on the chair in the room. They put a 100.00 hold on our card for any damages that might happen. I have never had that happen before.

The elevator only held 2 people and want clean, the hotel needs a refresh; the woodwork is banged up and overall the place feels tired. On the 2nd floor there was a large trash bin and plunger sitting on a ledge in the hallway.

The beds were comfortable, the room was the right temperature, everything we used, ie refrigerator, worked.

a/c was not on so room was hot when we arrived. elevator went out and no sign posted on the 2nd floor. while waiting for it, housekeeping informed us. sign was only on first floor

I booked that hotel specifically for the pool/spa. pool not heated spa was like warm. maintenance on the pool sign up but there were still people in it? that should have been noted on the website prior to booking. breakfast was the usual but a lot of the food wasn’t kept stocked.
