Most of the facilities are outdated. Breakfast was poor. Overall the room felt way overpriced.

Taxi service was prompt however, they copied our phone number to other requests and were texting us about “they were there and waiting “ this went on from 4:30 am until we blocked the calls at 11:00am… the alarm on the clock didn’t work… the room phone didn’t connect to front desk. I killed a small bug in my bed!

Location was great. Let us check in early.

I paid $191 for a “king suite”, which was really just a king bed and a small couch right next to it. The TV was pretty small, and could definitely use an upgrade. Having some streaming channels, and not basic cable for a room at that price should be the industry standard. All in all, there was nothing too bad. I was just there for the night, so no big deal. Just needed a place to put my head down. But if i was staying for a weekend to explore Boise then I would feel a bit underwhelmed. Would definitely stay again if the prices were a bit cheaper, and will give it a shot if so!

The location was amazing. 3 min to the terminal. It was very clean. Not too noisy with either neighbors or the airport. Bed was comfortable.

The stay was ruined when I was belittled in the lobby by the general manager Gina, in front of another hotel employee and possibly other hotel guests. Her voice, tone, and gestures were very confrontational and condescending. I cannot recall ever being treated so poorly by a hotel's staff. Usually, hotels' staff go out of their way to make guests feel welcome. Good customer service is typically a corporate priority. Gina would not let me explain about the honest mistake I had made while making the reservation, and which I had tried to remedy earlier and immediately with Booking,com. She then stated she was paid to uphold the policies of her employer and would not help me in any way. (I will continue to pursue this matter with Booking.com and the hotel owners, if possible.) I will not be returning to this hotel as I was made to feel unwelcome, and the hotel obviously does not want my business.

I have stayed previously at this hotel and given much better ratings. This Hotel is clean and rooms are spacious with good amenities. Breakfast is acceptable with multiple options, juice, and strong coffee.

Front desk managers , rundown hallways and room, stained dirty carpet, smelled like dead mice and mold, telephones do not work, dirty bedding, curtains falling off guides.broken secondary latch on door, walls were scraped beaten up, sofa in room worn and dirty looking. In the first room I was given, phone and TV did not work they moved me after going down to front desk 2x as the phone didn't work. Then they put me right next door into another room with no phone service that smelled worse than the first room. I actually left the property with my belongings the next morning, gave them my keys, they refused to give me a receipt, and they charged me a second night. The older female front desk manager actually hung up on booking.com who was trying to get them to let me check out due to room condition. Choice hotels was contacted and they apologized gave me some points due to the hotel not cooperating. Then contacted the city who put me in touch with further resolution. I only wanted to check out and leave the property and not get charged the second night as I am in Boise for a medical family emergency. I was and am very angry with my treatment and the female manager calling me hostile..No angry not hostile. After I left I read reviews referring to bed bugs from other guests and they would not refund them. An operating telephone should be supplied to guests to call the front desk or 911. This is not a safe, clean or reliable property.

Everything! The best thing about the stay was the receptionist. She was spot on ! Very helpful young lady.

The carpet looked as though teenagers just had a rave. There was moldy paint peeling of thr wall in the shower. There was dust on all the furnishings. The matress was straight out of the 70's, springs hurt.

They where going to charge us $35 for checking in in early we were just a half an hour early, the other hotel we stayed at 3 and half hours early with no charge, don’t know how you stay in business. Also the mattress was terrible springs were very worn and you could hear them pop,no bed bug covers on the pillows or mattress, furniture was worn and old, you guys need to update your stuff, what you get for your money is not good

The breakfast was cold and watched the girl who was attending she had gloves on but never changed them she was rubbing her hands on her clothes.. making a mop water touching her phone then would go touch the food..then go wipe a table then go do something with the food. Never changed gloves. She never even smiled or talked to anyone. The hot tub was barely warm. Jets barely worked.

The room was absolutely filthy. Couch was like wax it was so stained and dirty. Carpets had white and dark stains and visible dirt. Blood drops on the floor in the bathroom and lampshade so old and brittle. Curtains filthy and stained. TV volume stuck on low.

The employee working the front desk Saturday late afternoon/early evening was less than pleasant. We were in the hot tub visiting and he told us we had been in too long and that we needed to get out-we got in at 7:30ish and he came after we had been there for about 45 minutes to an hour. He told us there were other guests who would like to get in but couldn’t because we were there.

The location and the breakfast were fantastic. The night desk worker was super helpful when we arrived Friday night. He got the bedding we needed for the pull out couch and was friendly and pleasant.
