The beds and pillows were a little uncomfortable. The pool was supposed to be warm but it wasn't.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean. The continental breakfast was good and had a lot of different choices to choose from.

The shower wasn't wide enough across and I did not feel safe in the shower with weak legs, but mostly because the width was not large enough for a big person, giving the feeling that I may fall out. But the length itself was fine.

That the Part to adjust the shower was broken and I let them know but they never came to fix it.

Breakfast was the same everyday and for 2 says cereal and fridge items were no replenished. Coffee was awful, like dirty water and not strong at all. Not even to drink it without milk.

the pool wasn’t heated and freezing for an indoor pool. The over drainage is the sinks bathroom really needs to be cleaned with a q-tip. It has all mold in there.

the hallway smelled like someone smoking weed. the bathtub wouldn’t drain properly. Bulbs out in the bathroom. no sheets and pillows for the pullout. no clean towels at the pool. the electrical outlet next to the bed wouldn’t hold the plug. and bed was rock hard.

the breakfast was good. it’s nice to have a hot breakfast again. the staff was friendly.

The shower takes a while to warm up, so our showers were mostly Luke warm.

The staff was amazing! We arrived at 8:30 PM and had many needs. All needs were met!

Shower door was hard close , shower water control handle was loose , shower wall panels need adjustment and re caulking , entry door needs to be adjusted ( hard to close, dead bolt would not enter into lock position ).

The front desk was not welcoming at all , the breakfast needs help with limited options and barely any refilling on the few items they do have . The pool is really nonexistent, extremely cold and nothing to look forward to .

I stayed for 1 night due to a family emergency . The hotel was nice and clean rooms were very spacious.

The only negative was the overnight worker women. She was not very friendly or cordial and she stayed in the office for most of the night (probably watching cameras). I expected a little more Friendly service.

Meka (3p-11p) was fantastic anything and everything to accommodate our stay and make it better she did. She needs a promotion and a raise. I can thoroughly tell she enjoys her job.

At first the manager was a little grumpy but she smoothed eventually. The breakfast could have been a little better the second day.

Only had hot water one morning. Front desk often unmanned Shower leaked all over the bathroom floor and out into the entry hall sometimes Employees would smoke at the main entrance to the hotel My reservation quote was not the same as the price charged, it was higher

When I checked in yesterday, I was greeted by a wonderful young man who was really delightful. I asked him for the military discount as it was advised to me when I called would be given when I checked in. He advised that unfortunately I booked with a online service so they could not offer me a discount. When I booked this room earlier this week, I did go on booking.com to see the hotels in the area and I saw your location and there was only one room left. So I then called the hotel front desk directly and was advised that there were no rooms left for the date I needed. I advised her that online there was one room left and she said she could not book me the room as in the system they were full. I then asked her about the military discount and she said it would be given when I checked in. Not sure of the communication breakdown, but I would ask that everyone get on the same page. Went down at 745 am to get some break feast and it was a mess and there was nothing left. There were no eggs, two pieces of sausage, no grits. There were the contents of the apple/orange juice machine all over the floor in a huge puddle, however it was clear because it was not working properly. I went to the front desk to ask the young lady if there was going to be more food. She said that unfortunately the break feast person did not show up and she had attempted to contact all of the managers and no one has returned her call. I advised her of the large liquid area that was on the floor and someone was going to slip and fall. You could not get any coffee without standing in the puddle. I asked her to please get a mop and get it up and to put a wet floor sign before someone fell. I booked this hotel as it had a real break feast and not a muffin and that is all I got. Very disappointing.

The check in staff was very delightful.
