We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe lighting in the room and bathroom needs to be brighter. I had difficulty applying my make-up. The air in the room was not nice and cold. I have my house on 73 and to get comparable I kept the room on 68. The breakfast was good, but having peanut butter is always a Plus!
The staff were great. Very friendly and helpful. The location to PC was perfect. We attended two graduations. The parking lot was decent. It was very quiet in our room.

United StatesThe furniture in our room was missing veneer and a bit damaged (212}, 3 bulbs were burned out but the woman at the front desk gave us replacement and we changed them. Lastly we were there 2 nights, the TINY bottles of shampoo are only one days worth for two people.

United StatesThe only thing negative is that the cook burnt the bacon at 8am setting off the fire alarms but this was quickly resolved and we had delicious fresh bacon for breakfast. The feline friends said that the bacon was divine.
I really enjoyed our stay here! Very convenient location. Good hot breakfast. I saw a negative review for the kittys in the parking lot but they were the highlight of my stay. If you don’t like adorable cats greeting you with great customer service- this is not the hotel for you.

United StatesI wouldn’t say didn’t like, however something you may want to consider. My fiancé doesn’t eat pork. The bacon was placed in the same container as the sausage. I’m not sure if the sausage was also pork but we ended up having to go by him breakfast because he was afraid of cross contamination.
I come here every time I am here. The customer service is wonderful! Y’all always go out of your way to meet my needs.
