Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The night man Mr. G was amazing and made the hotel look even more special by his generous nature and just all around personality. Never had a better customer service experience and have worked in customer service my whole career. Outstanding and he needs a raise! Way to go mr. g!!!

The hotel was very nice, the atmosphere, view from our suite, and cleanliness was all very good. There was nothing to complain about with the room itself or the hotel. My boyfriend and I stayed here to see a concert at Bon Secour which was only about a 15-20 minute drive away which was convenient.

United StatesUnless I somehow missed it, add some travel vouchers and brochures about fun this to do in and around Greenville! Also, pricing, it’s decent, but could be a tad bit lower in my opinion. I am going to be a regular returning patron monthly/ bi monthly for the span of 4-14 days! I look forward to returning to ” Comfort inn & suites” and paying a reasonable price compared to others in the area at a lower price offering the same amenities and environment.
I initially had an issue with my room not having hot water, the maintenance man fixed it expeditiously! Thank you Alejandro! Front desk daytime attendants are just amazing!!!! WE THE PEOPLE LOVE G, he’s the BEST! True southern hospitality! Nice and clean fitness center with an indoor pool across the hall stocked with towels so you don’t have to use the ones in your room!

United StatesShower has no water pressure at all, also doesn't have foot rests to prop feet on to wash lower half of your body. Wifi goes in and out. A bunch of electric outlets didn't work.
Good location, comfy bed, TV hdmi input works so I can hook up my Switch. Quiet for the most part. Fridge/freezer with a microwave is clutch.
