The people at the front desk came off rude when checking in and didn’t even tell me how to get to the room and the breakfast doesn’t start until seven

Wifi was lacking. Rooms were small and cramped. Bathroom fan did not work well. Towels were not given willingly when we slept past cleaning time. Breakfast was lacking.

Unfortunately, my first room had a couple issues, first no consistent hot water; first morning the water was cold, Maintenance man (who seemed to be the maintenance manager) didn't seem to fussed that I had no hot water :(. He semi sorted it but the next morning same again - NO hot water for a shower; so he had to come to be called again. On the Monday it happened again, I think because the issue was not completely sorted, however the maintenance man on duty that day, checked it out and sorted it 'properly' as it was fine after that. - The TV in this room, kept switching it self off and would not come back on, or it would drop out of the channel it was on and again not come back on. - The wifi was pretty bad. connected to it initially, but every morning going down to breakfast it disconnected whilst in the dining area and would take an age to reconnect. Had to turn off phone wifi, then on again and even that only worked occasionally :( It also did not automatically recognise and reconnect when you returned to the hotel from being out all day. I was a little disappointed that it took a week before they decided to move me to another room. I understand that there might not have been a room of the same as the one I had booked, but still, either fix the tv or find a replacement. - I also think that the carpet in the two rooms I ended up occupying could do with a shampoo/clean, as they both appeared a little grubby, (dirty) - glad I had slippers. Maybe replace the carpets in the rooms with som sort of laminate,/ wood and a few rugs placed as the rooms are nice and roomy/big.

I liked the location of the hotel, close to all the shops, which were within walking distance of the hotel. The breakfast selection was great, hot food had a different variation each day :). Maria kept the hot food station well stocked for everyone, she is a lovely friendly lady. Vivianne is the nicer of the two day time receptionists. The gentleman that checked me in after 17:00 was very nice too, he made sure that I was informed of everything I might need to know during my say.

Towels looked old/dirty. King room was very small compared to other hotels. Sink overflow hole was smelly. Room smell musty. The shampoo bottles placement in the shower gets in the way, we elbowed it a few times while showering.

Bed was very comfortable. Free parking. Good pricing for stay with breakfast.

Felt the room could have been in better shape for the cost. 1. Not sure when carpet was cleaned but had been vacuumed 2. Black burnt like stuff on molding and amenities (shampoo/lotion) of bathroom 3. Light of all kinds all around door-no gasket 4. Can't take breakfast to room

There was no noise barrier! Literally sounded like people were standing inside your room even if they were just walking by. One of the pillows on the bed had been clearly used it had makeup and perfume on it.

You could hear the next room very well, like every word of their conversation and it’s not because they were loud; the walls were very thin. Just going in and out of their room was loud enough to wake us up in our room. Our room was also connected by a door.

Affordable, good size bathroom and bed, TV had HDMI port for firestick, good size room.

Out of four cell phone charging stations in our room not one worked. Called front desk and they said that maintenance would be right up but one hour later we canceled maintenance because we went to sleep and had dead phones in the morning. We were on the second floor and had bugs in the bathroom.

Our towels were very old. Some even had holes and they almost looked dirty. They were just stained because they’re probably so old. The same with the shower curtain. Taking my own towels from now on to any hotel. I was very grossed out.

Location was great, it’s close to the beach and lots of restaurants and stores very close by.

We kept getting locked out of room and our key cards didn’t allow access to the pool area. We stood knocking on the pool doors while the employee stood on his phone for 10 minutes. The staff needed more training on professionalism at the work place.
