Music in hallways was really loud. Breakfast was NOT what we typically have had a Comfort Suites. It honestly seemed like the owner was attempting to be cheap with options. Barely any yogurt, only a few slices of bread. No Bagels No English muffins No Cream Cheese Only apples and bananas for fruit. No waffles that we could see Very limited options for those with allergies Honestly, I was disappointed as my son had an early baseball game, and the options were very limited for a Comfort Suites. Usually, there is bacon, a variety of fruit, a variety of breads and spreads, it was just felt like the owner was cutting corners on something that should be standard for Comfort Suites.

Room smelled like mildew and smoke, plumbing under sink showed mildew. The unit for air conditioning was too loud to sleep. Woke up several times to try to change it but nothing worked

The rude staff and lack.of hospitality. The cleanliness and the WAY they cleaned. The smell and the loud music 24/7 in the hallways and lobby. No coffee DURING breakfast hours, and lack of English speaking staff when asking for more...Anything. Barely.working toilet and mold in tank...wet carpet in room and just overall musty room.

The representative that was very rude upon check in. I would never come back to this room due to this issue at hand. I simply asked her a question and she was very disrespectful. A agent from the back had to further assist because she was incompetent.

To be honest, it wasn't anything I didn't like. I will definitely be back! It was one thing I didn't like the iron to stop working, I went to get another one, and that wasn't working at all, but other than that, everything was good

I loved everything about the room, and it was very spacious and comfortable. We actually was walking distance to everybody favorite store walmart and had different eating places

THE STAFF WHEN WE ARRIVED WAS EXCELLET, HOWEVER THE YOUNG LADY THAT WAS THERE ON SATURDAY (2/24/24) WASN'T FRIENDLY AT ALL AND DIDN'T GREET ANYONE THAT WOULD WALK IN OR AS SHE CHECKED THEM IN.

THE BREAKFAST WAS GOOD, COULD USE SOME REAL EGGS THOUGH INSTEAD OF POWDERED ONES, AND MAYBE MORE VARIETY OF DRINKS. ASIDE FROM THAT IT WAS GREAT

Thin walls and the sewage smell in the bathroom.

There was a horrible sewage smell coming from the bathroom which made it difficult to use the restroom or shower. It was overwhelming. Additionally, the walls are pretty thin so you could hear everything going on in the hallways. Extremely dissatisfied.

The hotel had a smell , it took forever to check in and when we made it to our room when we walked it there was an smell and their was clothes left on the floor from the previous people who stayed there and when we told the staff and asked why we was put in a room that was dirty they said it was clean but how is it clean with others clothes on the floor and it had a bad oder .

Everything was so nice, and clean!!! The hotel was around plenty of shopping and eating places. Our room was stocked with plenty of towels. That was a plus. Staff was nice as well. Well definitely stay again

My alarm was wrong in the room and it read 8am when I decided to go downstairs to get my family breakfast. Front desk informed me that it was already closed. I'm guessing as soon as it was 9am, staff placed signs that said breakfast area was closed. I asked in regards to breakfast at 9:04am I understand there are rules in place for everyone to follow but when I peeked in staff was throwing everything away in the trash. Why not let the rest of the hotel guests just take it?

I love how soft the beds are and that I was able to do early check in for the rooms. We travelled for a wedding and that allowed us to get ready in time for the wedding.
