We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesIt was located close to I95 easy to find and walking distance to many restaurants for dinner. This was a stop over on our way to see friends in Florida . The room was comfortable and clean although it had the air conditioner in the room as a stand alone unit but the bed was comfortable and we slept pretty well for a one night stop over. The staff were very accommodating and the popcorn and cookie were a nice treat. Breakfast was good .

The hotel was in a great quiet place, spotless, very comfortable bed, the staff was so friendly, especially Felicia,she is the lady you will meet that takes care of breakfast, so friendly and helpful, so sweet, we loved feeding the ducks, the staff at the hotel will provide food for the ducks, so fun, the gentleman at the front desk is so friendly, in the evening they provide a nacho bar, fresh warm cookies, pop corn, and on check in they give you a complimentary gift bag! We will alway stay at this hotel on our travels! Great job guys!

United States1st: Did not like only having 1 entrance through the main lobby. 2nd:The rooms did not seam to get very cool so maybe AC didn’t work properly. 3rd: There was a bulky air purifier in the room that was in the way and awkward. 4th: Main Complaint, NO MINI REFRIGERATOR!!
