We were only there one night, so we didn't have time to swim and are unsure of the rules. I would like to think that there is a time that the pool is closed, but at 3am there were still very rowdy young people in it. Our window over looked the pool, so we were awoken at 12:50am and again at 3am.

The room was great size, breakfast waffles were yummy and for the most part everything was clean. It I hard to keep a lobby and elevator clean with young adults coming and going.

Every morning breakfast was different, and was very good. Kids loved the breakfast. Very friendly staff and close to Fun spot and shopping areas/restaurants. Parking was great. No issues. Defiantly will stay here again,

I wasn’t a fan of the location it was a little too close to the party scene with having little kids but it was very family friendly during the day. And if you don’t have young kids it would be a whole lot of fun, lots of bars, things to do all within walking distance

Rooms were clean, staff was very friendly, great continental breakfast options and the shuttle to the parks and pool open 24 hours a day were all positives for me

The breakfast has always been rather busy, but our last day was unfortunately not a great ending to our stay. The reception had already indicated that they were short staffed and this really showed in the breakfast room. On Saturday 17th June, there was no fruit, no pastries, no yogurts and no milk (therefore no cereal). There was one member of staff permanently on the waffle makers - but that was possibly because waffles were one of the only food items available... There was also no coffee. During our stay, Barracuda Barts (the Tiki Bar by the pool) had no food available at all (they usually sell pizza's, chicken tenders, hot dogs etc.) They were also unable to accept card payments, leaving cash or charging to the room as the only payment options.

This is either our 6th or 7th stay here. There was plenty of parking available when we arrived, and there were luggage carts available. We were allocated a parking pass to leave on the dashboard. Check in was very straightforward and all staff we came into contact with were polite and courteous. The room was spacious with very comfortable bed linen and pillows. We liked that there were bedside tables on both sides of the bed (as sometimes there's only one on one side) The bathroom had plenty of storage and was well stocked with good quality toiletries. Everywhere in the room and hotel communal spaces were cleaned to a very high standard. The guest laundry facilities are really handy and I used both the washing machine and dryer with out issues. There wasn't an on-site restaurant, but there were fast-food options a short walk away, as well as restaurants, both along the US-192 and in Old Town next door. The breakfast room is very large, to cater for the number of guests. There were hot and cold choices for breakfast, as well as the usual coffee and juices. I'm not sure we would stay here again, as the breakfast chaos let it down.

musty smell in first room we had, but they did change our room. Elevators very slow, not enough variety at breakfast, same waffles every morning. Mattress cover on bed was very lumpy and moved a lot, not secure.

The elevators had long wait times. Elevator very slow and took forever for us to get on. Shuttle service is $5 both ways . That’s a lot especially when you have a family of 5 or more.

The arcade downstairs didn't have any working games so my daughter was VERY disappointed! And wish there would have been music playing by the pool area! Also the pool towels are super small, so needed like 3 of them for one person!

The location is amazing, it was clean, the staff was really nice, loved the pool and jacuzzi!

The beds are a very, very firm. I'm a side sleeper and my hips were a little achy upon waking. However, my husband is a back sleeper and says the mattress is perfect, so it's a 'me' thing. And the pillows are too soft and flat, so we just bring our own.

The room was very spacious. Having a sofa, chairs and plenty of table room makes for a very comfortable stay for the family. The bathroom is very large and well stocked. My whole family loves the daily breakfast. There are plenty of fresh options for even the pickiest of palates. My husband and I very much enjoyed the bar area by the pool. And the whole staff... just amazing. Professional, kind, and very friendly.

I found some hair on the bed. The door is hard to open. Other than that everything is great.

More variety of fruits at breakfast would have been lovely. Most days there were only oranges. Once or twice there were bananas.

Mostly everything, no complaints. Disney Parks and Universal Studio Parks were not too far.

It would be nice to have two or three folding luggage holders.

No parking fees, no WiFi fees, free breakfast, swimming pool, hot tub, tiki bar, quiet room, mini kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, sink, table and chairs (2), size of room (2 queen beds, sleeper sofa, mini kitchen and closet with safe), location and other amenities.
