Breakfast was out of any meat such as sausage or bacon. Eggs were tasteless egg like saucers/pancakes. No fresh fruit. Chairs terrible worn - loses eye appeal to eat in dining area.

The carpeting was absolutely nasty! Large stains on it and something that was red between the beds. Also, it wouldnt hurt to dust once in a while.

The water did not shut off in the shower room 221. It’s so run down and the electric plug for the microwave/coffee pot in room 219 was inop and sparking. Also no cover on that outlet.

The staff was super friendly. The facility was pet friendly.

ThereWas only a full sheet on the bed no full covers. We about froze to death. You needed more than one waffle machine. One of the bagel toasters didn’t work and the other one was worn and you couldn’t tell how much you were toasting a bagel.

I liked that the front desk changed our room as soon as we told them that the ceiling was falling in above the window and had rained in our room and the floor was soaked. But once we go in our new room we smelled a funky odor so we searched to room to find that someone had left a row of empty beer cans in the dresser drawer up against the front of the drawer. So we took those to the front desk and gave them to her. She wanted to know what we wanted her to do with them. I told her I didn't care what she did with them I just didn't want them in the dresser of our room. She was surprised. My husband had to show her the picture. She wanted a copy to send to the gm. But it made us wonder what else was not cleaned in the room. To sum this up the night staff was really great and helpful. Can't say as much for the morning staff.

The location only one way rd plus pool closed didn't say that online when ordered room. We only got that room because it had a pool but it was closed on memorial weekend of all weekends.

The staff were very friendly and the main room was clean and ok. Main reception area looked fine and the hotel was easy enough to find.

as soon as we got the walked in the room the top lock on the door broke. We were not moved to another room, couldn’t get fresh trash bags. 2nd shift worker, with the nose rings and bleached hair was super rude, and condescending.

Hallway walls in disrepair with drywall pieces everywhere. Dark lighting in Hallway with several rooms with doors not secured.

they were in the midst of updating, so there were holes in the walls, the wallpaper in the hallway was peeling off, the bathtub/shower was unappealing. the hallways were dark. there was nowhere decent to eat within walking distance. the room was not real clean. the location was not very nice.

the ladies were very nice when I got there. they let me park my motorcycle under the portico. the breakfast area was clean.

The bed was hard, and the hotel looked like it was falling apart. I have stayed at Comfort Inn hotels in lots of cities in several states and this was the worst one.

The staff were very nice and accommodating. The AC worked really well

not very clean…..pullout couch in our room had cookie pieces in it. Also went to lobby to get a sheet for it and they could not get into the linen closet.

Air conditioner in room 319 made a loud noise throughout the night. Couldn’t sleep because of the noise. Toilet was very low & difficult for my elderly Mother to use. TV remote only controlled channels. Had to use buttons on tv to turn on/off and control volume.

Suite was roomy & clean. Bathroom was clean. Staff efficient, friendly & professional.

Room 224 definitely needed a very good scrubbing. Floors were dirty in bathroom behind the door. Dust was on top of TV cabinet, along with an inch of dust behind tv and all of the furniture. I booked online, and our room was not available when we got there, was double booked. Went from a king suite to a double

Did not stay for breakfast, Sierra was very helpful when checking in. Our room that we booked was actually double booked, and she did find us a room for the night.

One of the reasons I chose this hotel was for the pool and it was closed. Didn't look like it had been open for years. Also the outside looked kind of rough and needed better lighting at night.

The staff were very helpful and polite. The room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good as well.
