the air conditioning does not work and would get extremely warm inside, the rooms were dirty, bed was extremely uncomfortable..like sleeping in a hole, the bathrooms barely functioned the shower and sink would constantly clog up just by turning o. the facet, the service at the front desk was horrendous — consistently terrible attitude is not helpful when you’re constantly finding problems with your stay…

They needed an armed security guard. Lot was full of party-goers cars, left no room for actual guests. People spilling over from the party, fighting in the hallway. It was gross. Lying in bed thinking of what I should do with my kids if I start hearing gun shots.

I couldn’t shower. My partner took a shower and the water didn’t go down. So we waited to the morning and still didn’t go down. Called front desk and they said because we booked through a 3rd party even tho we paid full price there was nothing they could do.

The only thing I did not like was the manner in which we were greeted when we entered the location. At almost all locations when I would enter they would say something like Hi are you check-in? Not this place. I was asked if it was something she could help me with as if I was lost or needed help. When I said No, I was there to check-in she seemed surprised.

The location was perfect. There is are plenty of restaurants and stores for your needs. It's also need far from the expressway.

Upon entering the hotel it smelled like marijuana, and smoke. The room smelled like mildew their was proof of leaks and damage on the ceiling and drywall. Their was a wet towel in the shower which indicated the room wasn’t clean.

Everything, the rooms had an odor, the hallway smells of marijuana, people are loitering outside the hotel all hours of the night, I had 2 rooms on the 1st floor one facing the front of building and the other facing the back of building. People walk by and try to look in the room. Someone played loud music all night ( I had a set of3 month olds with me). Someone had sex all night and it was recorded because it was that loud. The sheets and towels had stains. The pool need to be cleaned. These are just a few to name

stayed at your hotel a couple of weekends back and I was very disappointed I wasn’t going to complain I was just going to never return but since you all are keeping my money based on false pretenses let me tell you how our weekend went. First off upon me checking in your front desk called up to our room and threatened to call the police on us due to being loud and come to find out it wasn’t us it was coming from a room on the first floor which got very elevated, then one of the room temperature stayed at 78 the entire time and that’s after matinence came and did the repair the guy who checked me in and put the hold on my card didn’t even charge the people that was in front of me the hold in trade for a tip SIR all I’m asking is to get my $100 back there are so many things that went wrong I booked two rooms so maybe everyone wasn’t aware of that

we didn’t like how small the front drive up is. if there are people parked there unloading bags, and if you’re trying to leave out in that direction? you have to wait. no room to drive around. or you have to go out to the one way street and drive around the block to get on the other side of Roosevelt kind of a drag considering that’s the direction for almost any restaurants in the area. also the tv channel selection is absolutely horrible.

My hotel room #302 had bed bugs. Me and my husband got bit several times and I caught one and took it to the front office for proof. Also, my hotel room key did not work several times I had to go to the front office and get it reactivated. The manager never contacted me back for a refund or accommodation. Very disappointed as we paid over $650 for the room and traveled over 12 hours from Virginia for a family vacation.
