How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Everything was good.
The staff is what makes the difference in a place. The staff truly makes the place. Besides the good service and the staff you only have walls, beds and a little breakfast. Therefore a good cordial and kind service makes all the difference in a hotel. I ln that same line of thought I want to mention Mr. Mario at the front desk.

We did have a mishap with a chair that broke during breakfast in dining area caused a fall. Repaired chair placed when it should have been thrown away. They gave us a 2nigjt refund
The location and it's new Spacious clean room comfortable beds great bathrooms and shower also great. Friendly staff very helpful.

Excellent food items for all members of the family. My children loved the food varieties and so did I! I just have a few suggestions, when it comes to the counter space, it's a bit too tight when it gets crowded; especially by the toasters. Perhaps placing them separately so people could have more ease of serving themselves and not waiting on others to finish with toasting their bread/bagels etc. In addition, the counter space for drinks is a little over crowded given the fact that people want to prepare their oatmeal and coffee drinks while the rest await in line. Perhaps have a small counter space to get your extras to give others an opportunity to serve coffee and move out of the way.

The shuttle service needs to be improved. It does not drop to Magic Kingdom directly. It picks and drops off at Epcot. We missed our shuttle at the end because we had to take 2 monorails to get to Epcot. By the time we reached there, the shuttle had left.
The property was new and it was very clean. The breakfast was amazing too.

Breakfast, not enough choice, the boiled eggs in the fridge and juice in the machine were awful... small tables size as for 4 people. Also it's not comfortable to wash a kid when you don't have removable shower head, and its a problem in all the rooms.
i was offered a better bigger apartment (521) instead of the first one (212). Its approximately the same except of the size. That one on the fifth floor was big enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. The reason for change was that the toilet was stuck after the first use. Parking is free. Lemon Water in the lobby as well.

The cost to do your laundry could be lowered a bit.
Breakfast had many options and they would change the type of breakfast meat each day. Options for all food restrictions. It was less then a mile away from many restaurants. It was cleaned daily even the floors were mopped!

Only wish every property could provide this level of service.
When we arrived, the booking.com room we reserved was not available. However, the front desk staff, Leo, was outstanding! He was calm, worked FEVERISHLY to make the situation work- including checking a room himself and calling his off-duty mgr. He went over and beyond, was highly professional and was able to resolve the matter for us by upgrading our room. Much appreciated!!!! In addition- the breakfast was great and ALWAYS went through the designated time. Yes!

Could use more parking? All spots were filled. Good problem to have as a new hotel.

Pool needs more tables and chairs. Light switches at door entrance were confusing. One switch turned off all lights in bathroom. Not sure it is wired correctly.

Food - same old same old. No variety! Night shift receptionist - looks like she’s not happy w/ her job?
I love the room and the smell of it. I just knew t hat the bldg is brandnew. So take your chance as long as it’s new! 😆😆😆 I love the bed! Itlooks like it’s semi firm or firm with mattress top and their pillows are feathered, I never slept comfortbly since I stayed here! I’m planning to buy the same bed as theirs! They’ve cleaned my room once during my 3 day stay. I never expected them to clean it anyway but it’s good to know. There’s no parking fees unlike the other hotels. The breakfast is just ok same everyday enough to keep you energized. This is what I noticed here in the us it’s just egg sausage and waffles. That’s it! No variety! We came from United Arab Emirates and you’ll be surprise how plentiful the food is there to choose in a hotel. There’s a fruit section, bread section etc! It only cost maybe 150usd per night. Here in the US they won’t give u anuthin to choose, it’s like they’re keepin it as cheap as possible?

The hotel charged me a total of 418 for 3 nights but also charged me another 354.00 (pending charge) and I am not sure why. All of my kids souvenir money was gone. I have called and get no clear answer on what this charge is. It’s a nice hotel but was it worth almost 800 for 4 nights? No.
It was close to the theme parks with very good parking. Rooms were very clean and looked newly renovated. Free breakfast was great!
