The elevator was a bit scary... lights flickering, and a little noisy. Room smelled a little musty, like it needed to be aired out, like when your house has been closed up for a long time. Beds were a little too firm for me, but my granddaughter didn't seem to mind at all, lol.

Location, breakfast was good, heated, indoor pool was clean, it was closed some of the time we were there for maintenance, but it was only a few hours at a time. They seemed to be in the middle of some upgrades since some things appeared new and others didn't. I heard 1 guest say he complained about noisy neighbors, and they moved him to a new room right away, so customer service was good .

The water pressure in the shower could have been both more adjustable and stronger. There was a stain on the curtain that was there when we arrived. I didn't care for the toilet paper, but if it's some kind of eco-friendly kind, I'm alright with that. Also the beds were so tall xD Those of us with short legs... well, we have to climb lol.

BREAKFAST WAS SO GOOD. The suite was SO GOOD. I've always had to pay at least $200 to get a full suite with a couch in its own room with its own tv! I paid $102 for that and 2 queen beds and gah. SO COMFY. The AC was GREAT. Every staff member went above and beyond.

Bathroom door could only open part way because of a stop that was needed because of a curved shower curtain rod. Loose the curved rod and open the door. A handy cap person or one with limited mobility could be in real trouble.

Need a key card access at front door. Staff is busy and aren't always available for entry after hours. Its inconvenient to have to walk around the building for entry. Offer a reasonable sized coffee cup for those of us who drink coffee, insulated would be nice as well. The two sip cups available really don't meet the need of a coffee drinker.

Staff was great! Breakfast was good, well maintained and nice variety. Room was clean and staff was very attentive to keeping it up throughout our stay.

The only thing I did not like about my stay was the bar that is nearby the property. The noise was very disturbing and I could not sit back and relax because of the loud music and noise outside.

I liked everything about the property. A little pricey but it was worth the stay.

The sound proof can be improved. You hear neighbors and highway noises. It no Lighting/swiches can be improved. The sitting area is dark.

Separate sitting area. Breakfast is good and starts at 6 every day.

They were in the middle of some renovations when we arrived & it was kind of a dusty mess & difficult to get around the workers. They had most everything cleaned up by the next day when we were checking out.

The hotel hallways were being renovated. Friday and Monday, that's a lot of noise... and dust. Scraping on walls and demolition. The hotel was generally noisy, though. Very little in the way of insulation or whatever would keep you from hearing the goings-on of your neighbors. Anyway, not exactly a quiet stay.

Well, the staff were just great. They were friendly, available and always helpful, from the front desk to the cleaning staff. They made this stay a good experience.
