Very clean and comfortable. Had own space in the house, felt private. Easy to walk (30 minutes into heart of city) or drive into Nashville centre. Off road parking, quiet neighbourhood.

The place was very clean and nice. I really liked the bed! Kurt was a perfect host. I had last-minute flight changes, and he offered to change the check-in time. It's a perfect place to stay if you are visiting Nashville.

Great stay, great bedroom, you can use the kitchen to prepare your own food, and Kurt was very nice.

the house is a bit away from downtown city; I walked to downtown every day which was a nice walk of around 3-4 km; but the neighborhood was not everywhere very assuring, some parts a bit away from the house were a bit abandoned.. However, you can easily get an Uber is you want.

The room was nice and clean. perfect bed! As you are actually staying in 1 house together with the host, I was that Kurt is a nice guy, was trying to help me whenever he could.

(Just notice: Most of the time, we used Uber to go inwo town. You can walk the street, but it is not very beautiful to walk.)

We really loved staying at Kurt's Contemporary paradise. It is a very tasteful, calm room with a beautiful bath room. It is very comfortable. Kurt knows much about music. It was nice chatting to him. He prepared a folder with a lot of useful advices: where to have breakfast, which streets to walk in the dark ... Also, we got filtered water. I highly recommend the Contemporary paradise!

we just didn’t have as much privacy as we would normally have. but Kurt was great and we were able to use his fridge and freezer and microwave during our stay.

good location for the price. we walked into downtown Nashville and it’s def achievable if you’re a walker! good gym and coffee shop nearby. lovely shower! and Netflix included!

The location was a bit off - no grocery stores nearby, a good 30 min walk through a not so scenic route to downtown, without any good bus connections, so I had to either walk, take an uber, or an electric scooter.

The place was very clean and orderly, everything was in good condition. The private bathroom was newly renovated and beautiful. The bed was comfortable and the room spacious enough. There is nothing about the house or its interior that I could complain about. The host, Kurt, was very friendly, helpful, flexible and sociable - we hung out together quite a lot, and he took me to dinner with some friends, went to the gym with me, and told me a lot of interesting stuff. On the other hand, whenever I wanted to be alone, I had total privacy and was not bothered at all. The neighborhood was calm, quiet, and felt safe enough.

Was just great!! It's located in a very nice upcoming neighbourhood with lots of bars and restaurants. I especially liked this Mexican restaurant "cinco de mayo "! Kurt is a real easy going guy and a great host! Thanks a lot👍🏻

There really wasn't anything about it that I didn't like. It suited my purposes perfectly as an inexpensive, clean, and safe option close to downtown.

Kurt was incredibly hospitable, flexible, and an excellent communicator. I wasn't able to check in until later than expected, and he accommodated me quite well. The bed was comfortable, and the bedroom and bathroom were very clean. The location was outstanding for my conference that was in downtown.

Location not near to down town. Very dark room but unable to fully open 2 pairs of curtains plus blinds. And impossible to open window just a tiny bit for fresh air. Though we were aware of facing the front on the ground floor Wasnt expecting the owner Kurt to use wardrobe/ cupboard as personal storage

Glad it wasn’t far from the venue, but it doesn’t matter since traffic is difficult throughout the day. Not sure if he mentioned being there but he was there with us. We couldn’t come out of our bedroom and get comfortable because he was out the whole time. The walls are extremely thin could hear every word when he was on the phone. We needed a moment alone and he yelled outside the door to come out at that moment when a serious conversation was being made and was able to hear every word. Didn’t like the siren going off when we got back to the house, but just decided to go to our rooms and he not only went to the room we were staying but definitely went in to be able to turn the lamp off. invasion of privacy is a serious thing.

I would have preferred not to have the owners friend who was crashing on the couch directly outside of my room talk to me multiple times when I leave my room to use the bathroom or the kitchen. I don’t remember the listing say that I would be sharing the house with someone, let alone his friend who was couch surfing got the weekend.

Kurt was very hospitable and I enjoyed talking with him. We're similar age, background, and taste in music; had a blast conversing with him. The room was very clean and comfortable, great bed! A wonderful stay overall

We couldn’t share the lounge which we found disappointing. We didn’t have a car and found we weren’t close to any convenience or grocery stores.
