Had to run through the rain from the reception to the room. One of the light bulbs was finished, but was quickly replaced. The location was not easily identified on Uber.

Proximity to the shops and airport is good. The place is in a safe area. The receptionist was very helpful. The rooms are cosy and quiet. Distance to the airport is good.

Room needed some updating. We were stranded without luggage & they didn't offer any toiletries beyond soap and shampoo.

Due to bad weather we were stuck at the airport with a few thousand other people. All of the more expensive (and probably nicer) hotels were booked. At 12:30 am I booked the closest place to the airport hoping to get some rest before trying to travel again the next day. Red Roof Inn was perfect for our needs. Close to the airport, comfortable beds at a reasonable price. Maybe not a good fit for a multiday stay unless you only need a place to sleep.

It's a no smoking place but smelled like it was smoked in. Did notice a cigarette burn on the other bed. Tub had poor drainage to where it was holding water. Rm 116. But over all I was good

According to the front desk there was no transfer to the airport due to the COVID, however at Booking.com the information it that there is free van service to the airport. Also no breakfast available.

Room curtains were stained, floors were very dirty unwashed. Lots of stains around the room, dust in places that should be cleaned. The bed has stains on the bottom. We were woken up by room service coming into our room at 9am, mind you the checkout time wasn't until 11am. People fighting in the parking lot. Seems to be some sort of prostitution going on in the back rooms. Had issues while booking, hotel needed to wait to charge room. But never heard of the issue again. We rented out 2 rooms, one was very good the other was just disgusting. Also website says they offer cribs, they do not have any available.

Fresh sheets. The rooms are sound proof some bit, can't hear outside or neighbors. Beds were quite comfortable. Decent sized rooms, great price. The staff was very nice.

The little Indian woman at the front desk has an atrocious attitude. She's lies to people that are staying here and tells them that they have to leave cuz there's a law that says people cannot stay in a hotel for more than 30 days. She's blatantly lying to people so that they don't have to give them their taxes back. It's very very shady. She didn't do it to me because I know the law. I will never return to this property. It was very unwelcoming unprofessional unsanitary and the microwave is Rusty the one in my other room didn't work there's no irons. They lock the laundry room at night so you can't do your laundry. They told me that I had to put a $50 pet deposit down when on the policy it says that they can not charge a fee until after you leave to see if there are damages. I stayed here for about 3 weeks and they complained and yelled at me everyday for something or another. The only issue they had with me was paying a little late on two occasions. Other than that they had no reason to complain. I work at a hotel I know how it things are supposed to work. This place is very shady. The little lady threw her key cards at another guest yesterday. Today when I woke up I was sick and I needed to go to my other hotel to check in but I wasn't able to and because I was too sick to move. I offered to give her a late check out fee of 30 to $40 and she said no. I had to have a friend move my stuff for me I'm sitting here as we speak while he moves all of my stuff because I am unable to. I already booked another hotel yesterday because I had had enough. I never write these types of things whenever I do a review for a hotel. I always try to stick to the positive. But my whole experience here has been negative I even lied the first time I said something I was trying to give a good review to maybe soften them. They are hardcore mean rude people. The housekeeper that came today was very sweet. Mostly everyone was nice except for one lady and her son or nephew.
