United StatesTHEY ARE REMODELING. the entire place was ripped up and was in shambles. Our room absolutely stunk of cigarette smoke. (Changed rooms) and we if it had been more than a quick 1 night stay I would have seriously thought about not staying regardless of a refund.

United StatesOur check in took 12 minutes. The clerk asked us to hold on, he needed to return a text. He was very distracted and acted like we were bothering him. We were never told that there was a remodel happening. The hallways were awful, with no flooring and the room numbers taped to the door. We had to push our way into the room. The door was stuck due to paint that had dried.
The location was ideal for us. The lobby looked nice and newly remodeled.

United StatesFrom what I've noticed... hotels are not fond of guests using a 3rd party like Priceline. Not my problem. Im a paying customer who booked a room w/ your hotel and you will be paid. As long as the hotel chooses to make itself avail to 3rd party bookers, guests can and will utilize this option. If I haven't paid online during booking... I am to pay the hotel in person and use a card with Priceline to reserve my room. I will be charged for canceling. So I have successfully booked... per my itinerary, the email from Priceline, and also the 2 emails I get from country inn and Radisson...verifying my stay and THANKING ME for staying with them. So tell me why the heck when I arrived this last time.... not only was my reservation on record with the hotel.... but why the heck was i turned away...spending the next 40 gd mins fighting falling asleep behind the wheel to get to my bed? Oh, because of your new system and how for some reason it doesn't have my reservation.... no record.... and it doesn't allow for you to honor my reservation despite the proof I have that you should... ? Ok. Well, what can we do about that ...? Nothing?! Are you joking?? Oh, there's no option in this new system to get me my room now.... and are saying I would need to wait to check in at 3pm... when I've been assured checking in now? So clearly we have unearthed a flaw and instead of using this as an opportunity to identify unforseen issues that will need fixing so that you are honoring real life reservations at your hotel that are falling thru a crack. GREAT. Hate to lose money when this issue happens again, right? Nope. Maybe you could note this issue and get your guest their key to a room... as they have undeniable proof they are your guest.... a guest who has stayed here multiple times and considered a regular... and maybe take this up with your boss or IT in the morning? Hold my card till someone else can process a manual payment? Nope!
They have decent enough rooms with full size hot tubs which ive been treating myself to 1x per week for about a month now. I really should be saving that money but I work long hours and some nights when I'm finishing up I feel like my body needs saving. I'm a VIP Priceline member and if the price is right I can still check in after work as long as I book the room by 2am. After 2am the Priceline app has nothing to offer until the standard 3pm check in for that day. Yea I work late hours.... and no I don't plan for these treat nights in advance. I can't justify spending the money until I'm in the moment and my body is sore and achy and tells me that it needs that hot tub. I love Priceline for this late night booking option because not everyone works 9-5. I've only been able to get a room late night thru Priceline and appreciate this option. I've had no issues chking in the handful of times I've stayed here, arriving sometime after 2am as its about a 40 min drive (may seem excessive but to me, its well worth it for the price of a room with a full size hot tub)... and the hotel has approved my late checkout requests giving me an extra hour to chking out. My last booking however... not the case... and I was denied my stay.

Other rooms were burning food the hallways stunk. Outside of building was disgusting. The pool and hot tub we not appealing. Pool was ice cold and dingy water!. Hot tub also looked dirty

United StatesThere was construction going on everywhere in the building it was very hazardous! The other amenity we were looking forward to was the pool and the hot tub. There was POOP in the pool. We waited an hour and a half and maintenance never came. The hot tub was lukewarm at best.

Excellent Breakfast spread put out daily! Variety, fresh pastries, MOWS - Make your own waffle station! Somebody was always cleaning. Promoted healthy community style socialization amongst the mixed clientele.

United StatesIt’s under construction for a remodel from what I’m guessing was a real bad Motel 6 ?? First room was dank and ghetto feeling, even my dog didn’t want to be in room. Called and asked for different room and was moved to one that at least the air wasn’t dank. Everything is half remodeled, walls painted but not trim. Bathroom is done but carpet still stained and gross. Etc.. It’s a work in progress, materials and debris everywhere.
The woman whom checked me in was super nice and accommodating when I asked for a different room.
